SuperOffice Mobile CRM puts your complete customer relationship system in your pocket. Access customer information, manage activities, and close deals - from anywhere. 

Following our web interface update, we've now enhanced the mobile experience to make daily CRM tasks more efficient while maintaining all the functionality you rely on. 

What's new: A refreshed mobile experience designed for how you work

SuperOffice Mobile CRM now features an improved interface that makes its capabilities easier to access and use effectively. 

As part of our strategy to enhance your CRM experience across all devices, this mobile refresh follows our web interface update, creating a more consistent and productive workflow whether you're at your desk or on the go. 

Here's what's new: 


Visual improvements

We've upgraded the overall visual experience with: 

  • Improved readability and spacing for less eye strain 
  • Split company/contact views matching the updated web experience 
  • New colors and icons consistent with our latest design 

Simplified navigation

The new bottom navigation wheel replaces the previous slide-in menu, bringing essential functions within easy thumb reach. Your diary and contacts now serve as primary navigation points, with streamlined access to companies, sales, requests and more in the navigation wheel.

Information at a glance

When you open a company card, you immediately see contacts, recent activities, ongoing projects, and sales opportunities - without switching tabs. 

This approach reduces clicks and helps you find what you need faster. 

See everything about a company or contact with a simple scroll instead of tapping between multiple tabs.


Improved meeting management

Coordinate meetings efficiently:  

Simplify attendee invitations, access relevant customer data instantly, and reduce steps for scheduling and follow-up. 

You can now add attendees in a single screen – search for contacts, resources or choose from your favorites in one. 

Meeting management is now faster and more intuitive – easily view, create, and update appointments with all details accessible in a single screen.

Features you might have missed

While the redesign makes these features more accessible, many users aren't aware of the great capabilities already available and that has been updated recently in SuperOffice Mobile CRM: 

  • Business card scanner: Transform paper contacts into CRM records instantly. The scanner captures details and automatically links new contacts to the right company. 

  • Interactive dashboards: Monitor your sales pipeline, track team performance, and analyze trends—all from your phone. If you want to see more details behind the charts, you can drill-down to see more.  

  • Document access: SharePoint integration means your proposals, contracts, and presentations are always available. Access important documents during customer meetings without emailing colleagues. 

  • Quote approval: Review, approve, and track quotes in real-time. Keep deals moving forward regardless of your location. 

  • Add email addresses as attendees: This allows you to send invitations immediately, even if the person is not a contact yet. 

  • Caller ID: When you get incoming calls and the caller is not one of your contacts, you can choose to use Mobile CRM to show you the caller ID.

Tip: a small hack that makes a big difference according to many of our users;

Capture meeting outcomes using voice dictation to generate text quickly on the go. Enable this using the dictation on your mobile keyboard. This lets you quickly document important details directly into customer records while information is still fresh. 

Getting started is simple

Existing mobile users: 

The new interface will be delivered through your regular app store update process. Depending on your device settings, this may happen automatically or require manual approval through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). 

New to mobile CRM? The Mobile CRM app is included in your subscription at no additional cost. Download SuperOffice Mobile CRM from the app store. Log in with your existing credentials—all your data is automatically synchronized. 

System requirements: 

  • SuperOffice Online users: Already compatible as your system is always up-to-date 
  • On-premise users: Available for SuperOffice CRM 9 or higher 

If you are on an older version of SuperOffice or currently using Pocket CRM, you will need to upgrade to a newer version of SuperOffice or change to a subscription plan that includes Mobile CRM.
