What's live now

Marketing: Forms that actually convert

If your marketing team spends more time wrestling with form styling than engaging leads, we've solved that.

SuperOffice Web forms now gives you real control over form design. Generate a starting point with AI form styling, then fine-tune with CSS if you want more precision. You can pull in Google Fonts, style your subscription pages, and add conditional fields so prospects only see questions that matter to them.

The bigger win: conditional fields let you show different follow-ups based on how someone answered the previous question – shorter forms, more relevant experiences, better conversion. And you decide what data gets collected and updated in SuperOffice, keeping your records clean.

Sales and mobile: Speed without the friction

Your sales team works where the action is – usually not at a desk.

The new Sale screen is rolling out now (early October through November). It brings together navigation, overview, and everyday work in one place. You get clearer navigation, pinnable sales for quick access, more data visible at a glance, and the ability to search across everything. See it in motion with the Sale Screen Storylane.

We've also added recent navigation with back and forward – one place to find all your recent work: a customer you talked to earlier, a sale you were working on, even a request you checked this morning. Rolling out during October.

On the mobile side, Mobile CRM now lets your team add voice notes instead of typing. Talk to your phone, not your keyboard – faster, easier, and less friction when you're juggling multiple calls.

Service: Faster replies, smarter support

Service teams lose time on two things: context-switching and repetitive replies. We've targeted both.

Quick reply from preview is live now. Reply, reply-all, forward, or comment without leaving the request overview. For small updates – a quick answer to a customer, a note to a colleague before assigning – it's three clicks instead of three screens.

Reply Assist is also live (Plus and Super plans). It watches incoming requests and suggests replies based on your team's own knowledge base – trained on your data, not generic templates. Agents see the suggestion, can use it as-is, edit it, or add human touch. Less searching, less typing, better consistency.

For a closer look at the quick reply workflow, visit the Request Screen Storylane.

Where your team already works: Office integrations

SuperOffice for Outlook just got smarter. You can now see what's already archived in SuperOffice right from your email – including who archived it and when, with a link to the document. Open the SuperOffice panel by default on incoming or outgoing email, so it's there when you need it.

AI assistants: Your tools, connected

MCP Connect is now live (Plus plan or higher). Your team can use Claude, ChatGPT, or Microsoft Copilot and connect directly to your SuperOffice database to get information, work with data, and leverage AI in the tools you already use – without switching applications.

What's coming in Q4

Marketing: Smarter navigation, easier asset discovery

A new Marketing screen is in development. Marketing teams spend too much time navigating – we're fixing that.

The redesigned screen will feature clearer navigation, an overview page showing recent work and team activity, more data visible without clicking into each asset, the ability to pin your favourite templates, and search across the entire Marketing module (not just within one section). Less clicking, more engaging leads.

Sales: Even faster workflows

Beyond the Sale screen rolling out now, we're adding even more ways to work efficiently across the platform.

Service: Full redesign of the Request screen

The new Request screen is coming in Q4. We're moving request and selection tabs from the horizontal top to a vertical menu on the left-hand side, giving you more screen space and faster navigation. You'll be able to collapse and expand the menu, pin or hide elements you don't use, and work with up to four selections or queues at the same time.

The new overview lets you navigate and preview requests across multiple lists side-by-side, with a right-side preview panel for quick edits and quick replies. Each list gets its own unique column configuration – show exactly the fields that matter for that queue.

@Mentions is arriving in Service too. Mention colleagues on internal comments with the @ symbol, and they'll get notifications in a dedicated section. No more forgotten handoffs.

AI on the horizon: Agents and smarter Outlook

AI Agents are in final tweaks. We're rolling out the Lead agent (discovery and prospecting), Data quality and enrichment agent (keeping records clean), and Sales assistant agent (pipeline support) – all trained on your data and running 24/7.

SuperOffice for Outlook is getting a major refresh. Soon you'll be able to save AI summaries of emails directly to SuperOffice documents (searchable and available for future AI features). We're also building a brand-new Outlook experience that looks and feels like SuperOffice – with context-aware content, AI-assisted composition, and much more to come.

Behind the scenes: Integrations

We've also been strengthening our integration ecosystem. ConnectERP now supports two-way sync of projects and orders (including product details) across Visma Net and Business NXT. DataBridge gives you granular SharePoint access (single site instead of the whole collection). And we've shipped hundreds of small improvements and security enhancements across all integrations.
