Just in time for autumn, here is 11.3 in all its glory!

Summer is (almost) over and we have released some great new features for you to gear up for the second half of 2025.

In this release we have the following feature updates:

  • Board view for projects
  • Preview and side panel actions
  • Lead distribution
  • Notifications for newly assigned companies or contacts

Board view for projects

For those who have their minds in multiple projects at a time. Here, you get a clear process overview that allows you to drag and drop cards between stages and make quick edits on the go.

We want to eliminate search times by keeping all essential data in one place, tracking progress at a glance.

 

 

Not only do you have the perfect overview, but with preview cards you get deeper insights without ever leaving the drawing board of your projects. The side panel will give you all the details you need to keep the progress going.

The same goes for your email. Preview emails including their attachments and take quick action with answering or forwarding directly from the side panel view.

 

 

Lead distribution

Marketing Premium now includes lead distribution for increased efficiency and improved customer experience. Now, incoming leads can automatically be assigned to sales reps or teams based on their language skills, expertise, or to balance workloads fairly among team members.

 

 

Team members are notified immediately when they are assigned a new company or customer, ensuring quick follow-up for faster conversion rates.

However, sometimes when working with new leads, it is not clear from the start who should be selected as “our contact”. Now, this field can be left empty when setting up a new company or contact in your system, so you can make sure the lead is eventually managed by the best suited rep.
