How do I change my user’s e-mail address in SuperOffice CRM?
Updated on 28 Mar 2022My last name has changed, therefore my e-mail address has also changed. How do I change it in SuperOffice CRM?
To change your e-mail address and last name of the SuperOffice user you need to contact your SuperOffice administrator and ask to follow the steps below:
- Log in to Settings & Maintenance.
- Click on Users (1) and in the list of users select your user (2).

- E-mail address has to be changed in both the E-mail address field (1) and User name (2) field, then last name (3) can be changed too and the administrator has to Save (4) changes.

- Now when you log in to SuperOffice CRM you need to use your new e-mail address as user name and the old password in the password field.
Note!
- If your company uses Office 365 or Gmail as identity provider the changes to e-mail address have to be made in your identities providers site.
- If you use Synchronizer application together with SuperOffice Online then after the change of the e-mail user needs to be re-linked in order to see the new email address. This needs to be done by the Synchronizer administrator user. But before that, the user who will be re-linked needs to clean his/her Outlook calendar. Please check this article to see how it is done.
To change you e-mail in SuperOffice 8 please follow the steps below:

- Fill in your new surname in the last name (1) field, then enter the new e-mail address in the e-mail (2) field, – new e-mail address and click on the Save (3) button.

- Now your user’s e-mail address and last name are changed in the Settings and maintenance section too.

Note!
- User ID is not changed automatically. If it needs to be changed, please – contact your SuperOffice administrator.
- If your SuperOffice CRM uses Active Directory last name and e-mail changes have to be made in your identity provider’s system.
