How do I change our own company's name (on the main company card and in the licence) in SuperOffice CRM?

To change your company's name in SuperOffice CRM, please follow the steps below:

  1. Request a name change service from your Account Manager at SuperOffice or by registering a request with support.
     
  2. Receive confirmation that your company's name has been changed in our licence system.
  3. The customers who work with version 8 or newer - licence information, which holds a new company´s name, will be updated automatically after logging into the Settings and Maintenance.

    The customers who work with version 7 or older - the licence must be updated manually. Please do it within 6 days after receiving the name change confirmation. 

 

Note! 

  • After a customer receives a notification from SuperOffice that their company´s name has been changed, they have to log in to Settings & Maintenance within 14 days.
     
  • If you did not follow the above-described procedure, you'll get an error "Licence not found" when your licence needs to be updated.
