How do I configure notifications on the Mobile CRM app?Updated on 1 Dec 2021
On my mobile, I keep getting notifications about all appointments I have created in SuperOffice CRM and all invitations to appointments that I receive. How do I change the setup so that private and other types of appointments would not generate notifications?
To be able to configure notifications in the Mobile CRM app, please follow the steps below:
- Tap on the Task button and then on the Settings option.
- In the Settings screen tap on the Notifications item.
- In this screen you can configure all app notification settings. To configure that Private and Other type of appointments wouldn´t generate notification tap on the Add Exception button.
- Choose Private and Other types.
- Then the exceptions will be created.
