How do I create an anchor tag for an FAQ in SuperOffice?

Updated on 9 Jan 2026

Sometimes an FAQ might become long and dedicated to more than one user group or describe more than one situation. How do I optimize the text?

In SuperOffice, you can easily create an anchor tag that allows users to jump through the text to reach the relevant part more easily.

The HTML tags of anchor are:

<a href="#anchor">Link Text</a> - HTML tag for the text you want to redirect from

<a name="anchor"></a> - HTML tag for the place in the text where the anchor above should redirect you to

Let's take an example where you want to explain two ways of resetting a password. To learn how to do it follow the steps below:

  1. Open an FAQ where you want to make anchors

  2. Click the button Source. It will open your FAQ in the HTML format.

  3. In the code, find the text that you want to use for clicking and creating an anchor.

  4. In the code, find the place where you want to redirect your reader to and make a second part of the anchor.

  5. Go back to editor mode by clicking on the Source button again and save your FAQ. If you want to see how it looks in practice, check out this FAQ: How do I get an overview of all contacts without any follow-ups in SuperOffice CRM?
