How do I create contacts without a company connection?
Updated on 1 Dec 2021I am creating a new contact, but I cannot save it. Why does it happen and how do I create it?

To be able to save a contact without assigning it to a company record you need to enable a preference that allows this. Please follow the steps below to do it:
- Log in to Settings & Maintenance.
- Click on Preferences (1), then Global preferences (2) and next to Mandatory company on contact (3) choose No.
