How do I download, install and setup the Pocket CRM app?

I want to use SuperOffice on my phone. How do I download, install, and setup SuperOffice Pocket CRM application?

Pocket CRM can't log in to SuperOffice version 10 and later. You need to upgrade to Mobile CRM to benefit from the latest features. Please follow the instructions in this article to start using it.

Pocket CRM is included in the Onsite Subscription, and you can just download and install the Pocket CRM app. If you have an Onsite Buy license type, see the deployment guide.

To download, install, and configure your Pocket CRM, please follow the steps below:

  1. Open a web browser on your mobile device and navigate to: online.superoffice.com/mobile

  2. Choose Google Play if you use an Android phone, or App Store if you use an Apple device.

  3. Follow the process in the Play Store/App Store for downloading and installing the application.

  4. Open the installed application on your mobile.
     
  5. On the screen, you click SuperOffice CRM.


  6. You will be asked to enter the URL from your NetServer installation.


     
  7. To get it open, open your SuperOffice CRM on a browser, click on your Personal settings section, and choose Pocket CRM settings


     
  8. In the dialog, you’ll see the Server URL for Pocket CRM. Enter the following URL in the dialog you see on your mobile device, or click OK, and you’ll receive an e-mail. You can open the e-mail on your device and click on the link in the e-mail.


     
  9. Log in with the same e-mail address and password you use for the SuperOffice CRM, and you are ready to use SuperOffice Pocket CRM.
