How do I get a list of all created selections in our SuperOffice CRM?

I want to know how many selections we have created in SuperOffice CRM. How do I do it?

To get a list of all selections that has been created in your SuperOffice CRM please follow the steps below:

  1. Click on the Find button in the toolbar at the bottom of the SuperOffice screen.


     
  2. Then click on Find Selection.


     
  3. In the field Selection name (2) type in % sign, which means that you are searching for all selections and then click on the Find option. This search will give you the list and number (3) of all existing selections.



    Note! If you want to get a list of all selections created by a specific user, in addition to Selection name criteria select User ID criteria and choose the user whose selections you want to retrieve.



If you are not using the latest version of SuperOffice the Find dialogue will look as below. Then click on the Selection (1) tab and enter % sign in the search field Selection name (2) and click on the Find option. This search will give you the list and number (3) of all existing selections.
