How do I get a list of all my companies or contacts in SuperOffice CRM?
Updated on 22 Aug 2025I want to see all my companies and contact persons in one list. How do I do this in SuperOffice CRM?
By using selections, you can easily make actionable lists of all your companies and contacts in SuperOffice CRM. In the examples below, we explain how you can do it.
Make a list of all your companies
To do so, please follow the steps below:
- Click on the Find (1) button and then Find Company (2).

- Next, in the criteria field, click the arrow, which will unfold the list of possible criteria for you to use. Choose Our contact - Current user (1) if you want to list your own companies, and click Find (2).
Note! Make sure you selected Our Contact from
the Company, not
the Contact criteria list.

- You can save the list that you've made as a selection. To see more information about companies, you can set up more columns. Click on the Task button and choose from different actions on this list; e.g., create a follow-up, create a mailing, bulk update, visualize it (create graphs), etc.

- Next, in the criteria field, click the arrow, which will unfold the list of possible criteria for you to use. Choose Our contact - Current user (1) if you want to list your own companies, and click Find (2).
Note! Make sure you selected Our Contact from
the Contact, not
the Company criteria list.

- You can save the list that you've made as a selection. To see more information about companies, you can set up more columns. Click on the Task button and choose from different actions on this list; e.g. create a follow-up, create a mailing, bulk update, visualize it (create graphs), etc.
