Note!
1. SuperOffice recommends to backup your SuperOffice database before you import large amounts of data.
2. You must install and configure SuperOffice WebTools to import companies from Outlook.
To learn how to import your Outlook contacts to SuperOffice, follow the steps below:
- In Settings and Maintenance, choose Import (1) in the Navigator menu on the left. Then select Company/contact (2) and Outlook (3) as a source.

- You'll be presented with the list of your Outlook contacts.
Note! SuperOffice shows contacts from the default address book. You can specify which address book is the default in Outlook by pressing Ctrl + Shift + B, then going to Tools → Options and selecting the desired address list under “When opening the address book, show this address list first.” If your address book contains several sub-folders that are not included in the import, it may be faster to export the contact list to Excel and then import it into SuperOffice from Excel instead.
- Configure import settings (1) if necessary. Please check this article to learn more. When you are happy with the setup, click Next (2).

- You will get a preview of your import. If it looks correct, click Import.

- When the import is completed, you can access imported contacts by clicking on the link Go to selection of new companies/contacts.
