How do I insert a subscription management link in the privacy confirmation e-mail template?

To insert an e-marketing subscription management link, please follow the steps below:

1. In Settings and Maintenance, click on the Lists (1) button, choose an Email template (2), then double-click on a template called Confirmation - Contact added.
   
   
    
2. Click Edit (1) to edit the English version of a template. Click on the Languages tab (2), select a language (3) translation, and click the Edit (4) button to edit a particular language translation. You can also find the English version of the template in translations. You can edit the template from there as well.
   
   
    
3. Select your text (1), click on the Insert link icon (2), and in the URL field type in the variable {asmu}, which will redirect a customer to his/her personal e-marketing subscription management landing page.
   
   
    
4. The link will be valid for 3 weeks after you send out a privacy confirmation e-mail. After the 3 weeks, your customers will still be able to open the link, but they will see the following message: 
   
   
   
   Note! "Click here to receive a new link to your primary e-mail address " link will be available for 60 days only. After this period, it will not be possible to get a new link, unless you send out a new privacy confirmation e-mail.
