How do I make a field mandatory in SuperOffice CRM?

I want that our users will always fill in some particular fields in SuperOffice. How do I make fields in SuperOffice CRM mandatory?

The procedure of making fields mandatory in SuperOffice depends on the type of the field:


 

Standard fields

To make standard (out of the box) SuperOffice fields mandatory advanced configuration is necessary, which can be performed by SuperOffice consultants.

User-defined fields

You can make a user-defined field mandatory to fill in by adding a tick next to an option Mandatory (1) when creating the field. Don't forget to click Save (2) to apply changes.
