How do I make some of my activities invisible from other SuperOffice users (private)?
Updated on 21 Jun 2025I have some confidential information in some appointment description, which I wouldn't like to be accessible to my colleagues. Is it possible to hide it in SuperOffice CRM?
You can easily create follow-ups, documents, and sales and make records visible only to yourself or the users in your primary group. To be able to do it, please follow the steps below:
- Login to Settings and Maintenance and open Users (1) and select the user (2) which should have this feature available.
- Then click on the Licenses (3) tab add a tick next to Confidential activities (4) and Save (5) changes.
- Now, users who have a license for confidential activities can create follow-ups and documents by selecting a value in the Visible for field.
- In the activities section tab the follow-ups, which are visible only for you will appear in italics font.
Note! Users may need to logout and login again before they will see the Visible for field. It can also be that the field is hidden for your user group or for a certain follow-up type. In such cases, an administrator has to add this field via Screen Designer.
