How do I make some of my activities invisible from other SuperOffice users (private)?
Updated on 28 Dec 2023I have some confidential information in some appointment description, which I wouldn't like to be accessible to my colleagues. Is it possible to hide it in SuperOffice CRM?
You can easily create follow-ups, documents, and sales and make records visible only to yourself or the users in your primary group. To be able to do it, please follow the steps below:
- Login to SuperOffice Settings and Maintenance and open User (1) and select the user (2) which should have this feature available.
- Then click on the Licence (3) tab add a tick next to Confidential activities (4) and Save (5) changes.
- Now when the user is going to create new follow-ups, documents, and sales in the Details tab a new Visible for will be available. There it can be defined who should be able to see the content of this record.
In the activities section tab the follow-ups, which are visible only for you will appear in italics font.
