How do I make translations of my form in SuperOffice CRM?

Updated on 14 Jan 2026

What is the easiest way to create the same form in different languages?

One of the ways to prepare translations of your form in SuperOffice CRM is by copying the original form content to the new form, then translating the texts of these forms, and organizing the forms in catalogs. The steps below explain how to do it:

  1. Create a new folder by clicking on the Add Folder button at the bottom-left of the Marketing screen. You can name this folder after the name of the form.

  2. Create a new form by clicking on the Form button. You can get more information on how to create forms here.

  3. Copy this newly created form by clicking on the Task button and then choosing the Copy to new form option.

  4. Then, rename (1) this form in the language you want to translate the form. In the Properties (2) section, select the Folder (3) where you want to store all different translations of the same form, and in the Language (4) field, select the language of the form.

  5. Translate all the fields in the Fields (1) section, Double opt-in (2), Thank you page (3), and Page for inactive form (4) if these sections are used. Then click Save (5) to finish.

Note!

  1. The field Contact - consent by default shows text defined in Settings & Maintenance. Check this Docs article for more information.

  2. E-mail response in the Action tab is not automatically selected based on the language of the form. That is why you need to create separate e-mail responses in the form's language too.
