How do I print labels from SuperOffice CRM?

How do I print labels for letters or other correspondence from SuperOffice CRM?

SuperOffice CRM now uses your browser's built-in print functionality for printing labels, rather than generating a PDF. This allows for more flexible adjustments.

To print address labels, please follow the steps below:

1. Go to Selection (1), choose your desired selection, and select the tab (Company or Contact) containing the records you want to print. Click the three-dots icon (2) at the top right, then select Print labels (3).

2. A list of available label layouts will appear. These layouts are configurable and shared across your company.

Select your preferred label layout, review settings and click OK.

3. The label preview will open in your browser's print dialog. Carefully adjust your browser's print settings to match the chosen label layout (1). Preview the print to ensure the addresses are aligned correctly within the labels.

Once you've verified the settings and preview, click the Print (2) button in your browser's print dialog.

Note! You may need to readjust your browser's print settings each time you print labels, especially if you use browser printing for other document types.
