How do I reinstall Mail Link when I use the SuperOffice Windows application?

I am using the SuperOffice Windows application and I was recommended to reinstall the SuperOffice Mail Link. How do I do it?

Please follow the steps below to reinstall SuperOffice Mail Link:

  1. Close your SuperOffice CRM and Outlook applications.
     
  2. Navigate to Programs and Features in your computer, please check this article for the instructions on how to find it.
     
  3. In the list of programs find SuperOffice MailLink (1), select it and click on the Uninstall (2) button.


     
  4. Navigate to the location where the SuperOffice CRM installer application is stored. Normally, it is located in a shared location in your network and the folder is called Client (1), but if you are not sure, please consult your SuperOffice Administrator. Then double-click to start the SuperOffice installer application (2).


     
  5. Click on the Install button.


     
  6. When SuperOffice Mail Link is installed, you'll see the message saying that the installation has been completed.



    Note! Since SuperOffice 8.3 version, Mail Link has a separate downloadable installer and the latest version is available in the Download Service.
