How do I remove companies and contacts from SuperOffice CRM?

I want to remove a large number of companies and contacts from SuperOffice CRM. What is the quickest way to do this?

The easiest way to remove a large number of company and contact records is by using the delete function in selections. For example, if you want to remove all companies and contacts that were registered before the year 2000, you can do it by following the steps below:

  1. Make a selection of the companies you want to delete.
     
  2. Click on the Task (1) button and then select the option Delete all companies and contacts (2).


     
  3. A warning will appear; after clicking on the Yes button, companies and associated contacts will be deleted.
