How do I reset a login in Pocket and Mobile CRM apps?
Updated on 28 Dec 2023I want to connect a different SuperOffice CRM solution to my Mobile or Pocket CRM app. How do I do it?
Mobile CRM app is available for all customers who are working with version 9 of SuperOffice CRM. If you work with an earlier version of SuperOffice CRM, the Pocket CRM app is available for the use.
If you use the Mobile CRM app
- Tap on the Task (1) icon and then Log out (2).

- Tap Yes to confirm.

- Then tap on the Task (1) icon again and Reset login (2).

- Type in your e-mail address, provide authentication and then you will be able to select between the SuperOffice tenants where your e-mail address is registered. Tap on the correct tenant, and you will be redirected, to the Mobile CRM start page.

If you use Pocket CRM app
Please check this video or follow the steps below:
- Find SuperOffice (Pocket CRM) app among your apps, open it and tap on the Storage option.

- Tap on the Clear Data option and confirm the action if necessary.


- Start your SuperOffice app again and choose the installation type and configure connection (2).


Note! If you use Pocket CRM on the iPhone, to clear the app cache from the device, you need to uninstall the app entirely and then reinstalling it again.
