How do I reset a login in Pocket CRM app?

I want to connect a different SuperOffice CRM solution to my Pocket CRM app. How do I do it? 

To reset a Pocket CRM login, please check this video or follow the steps below:  

  1. Find the SuperOffice (Pocket CRM) app among your apps, open it, and tap on the Storage option.


     
  2. Tap on the Clear Data option and confirm the action if necessary. 




     
  3. Start your SuperOffice app again and choose the installation type and configure the connection (2). 



Note! If you use Pocket CRM on the iPhone, to clear the app cache from the device, you need to uninstall the app entirely and then reinstall it. 

Mobile CRM is available for all customers using version 9 or higher of SuperOffice CRM. In this app, you only need to log out; resetting your login is not required.
