You can easily customize SuperOffice CRM by creating list items relevant to your business. You can remember how to do it in this docs article. Sometimes you might want to restore the item, which was deleted some time ago, and it is easily done by following the steps below:
- Log in to Settings & Maintenance.
- Click on Lists (1), then navigate to the list where you want to recreate an item. In this article, we will use a Company-Business (2) example. Then, at the bottom, select the option Show deleted items and headings (3).

- Then all deleted items of this list are visible in the list. Simply select the item (1) you would like to restore and double-click on it. In the pop-up dialog, click on the Restore (2) and Save (3) buttons, and the item will reappear in the list and will be ready to be used.
