To start a support remote session with SuperOffice Support, please follow the steps below:
- Download the TeamViewer QuickSupport app, which allows a support agent to access your phone.
- For iOS devices:
Open the App Store, search for "TeamViewer QuickSupport", and click on the Get button to download the app.

- For Android devices:
Open Google Play, search for "TeamViewer QuickSupport", and click on the Install button to download the app.

- For iOS devices:
- Open the remote session initiation email sent by the support consultant on your phone, and click the remote session link.

Note! If you're unable to open the email on your phone, you can manually enter the remote session link in your phone’s internet browser.
- The link will open the TeamViewer application on your phone. Please wait while the support agent initiates the connection.

- When the support agent starts the session, you will be prompted to allow access. Click Allow Access to give the agent permission to access your phone.

- Finally, click Start Broadcast to begin sharing your screen with the support agent.
