To start a support remote session, with SuperOffice support, please follow the steps below:
- Download Teamviewer QuickSupport app, which will let a support agent access your phone.
- To download a remote support app on Android mobile operating system, open Google Play, find an app called "Teamviewer QuickSupport" and click on the Install button.

- To download a remote support app on iOS mobile operating system, open App Store, find an app called "Teamviewer QuickSupport" and click on the Install button.

- To download a remote support app on Android mobile operating system, open Google Play, find an app called "Teamviewer QuickSupport" and click on the Install button.
- Open a remote session initiation e-mail, which a support consultant sent you, on your phone and click on the remote session link.

Note! If you cannot open an e-mail on your phone, please type in the remote session link in your phone internet browser.
- The link will open an application of Teamviewer on your phone, please wait before the support agent will initiate connection.

- When support agent will initiate a session, you will be asked to allow a session, click on Allow, to give an access to your phone.
