How do we upgrade our SuperOffice CRM? 

Please note that all SuperOffice customers who work with SuperOffice Online get all updates automatically. 

If you work with SuperOffice Onsite, there are two ways to upgrade your SuperOffice CRM solution:

  • Our certified partners and consultants can perform an upgrade for you. Please contact your Account Manager to arrange the upgrade.
     
  • You can upgrade your SuperOffice CRM installation yourself. SuperOffice software can be downloaded from the SuperOffice Community Product Release when you have a software maintenance agreement with SuperOffice. ​


Note!

  1. To be able to download software, you need to be registered and logged in to SuperOffice Community.
     
  2. You must inform your Account Manager in SuperOffice when you plan to upgrade, as this may involve changes in SuperOffice CRM licensing structure and some actions must be performed in our backend systems.
