What do I do when I get an error while deleting a sent mailing that is archived in the SuperOffice CRM activities tab?
Updated on 21 Mar 2022I select a mailing in the activities tab and click on the delete button, but I get an error:
"An error has occurred" in SuperOffice version 9
"The linkHint did not have a supported type:..." in SuperOffice version 8
Why does it happen and how do I fix it?
When a mailing is sent out and gets a status Finished it cannot be deleted. This is the way how SuperOffice CRM is built, because we believe customers do not want to loose the information on the communication that has been sent to the contacts after it has been sent. It is also not possible to tick off as completed the mailing entry in Activities section tab.
