What do I do when I get the error “Sentry denies Write access: Read-Only when contact belongs to a company” while making a change on SuperOffice user?
Updated on 28 May 2025I try to remove a license from a user, but I get the error message saying “Sentry denies Write access: Read-Only when contact belongs to a company.” Why does it happen and how do I fix it?

Sentry errors are often related to not having enough data rights to make a change on a record.
Also another known situations when this error may pop up is when Our Contact, Category or Business field is empty on your company card.

Note! If your SuperOffice CRM has more than one own company in the same system, please make sure that you select a correct company and confirm that all the above mentioned fields are filled in.
