What to do when I get an error "You do not have access to view this request" when trying to access a request in SuperOffice Service?
Updated on 24 Feb 2026I want to open a request in SuperOffice Service, but I get a message saying "Request cannot be viewed". Why does it happen, and how do I fix it?

This message appears when the category where the request is stored is accessible only to category members.
To assign the user to the category members, please follow the steps below:
- Click on the
button, and then Settings and Maintenance.

- Then navigate to Requests - Categories, and click on the category where the request that cannot be accessed is stored.

- At the bottom of the Members (1) tab, select the user who cannot see the request (2), and click the +Add (3) button.

Alternatively, you can choose to remove the setting limiting access to the requests stored in the category. To do so, open the category, click on the Properties (1) tab, deselect the tick next to Only members have access (2), and click OK (3) to save the setting.
