What to do when tracked links in mailings don’t work after we made changes to the SuperOffice installation?
Updated on 28 Mar 2022We have changed the domain name of our SuperOffice installation and after this change, tracked links do not work anymore. Why did it happen and how do we fix it?
All tracked links (unsubscribe link included) in SuperOffice Mailings contain the hashed string, which is based on the customer center domain.
To ensure that the tracked links, which were created before the SuperOffice installation domain change, work you can keep the old customer center installation accessible.
