Why do I get a browser pop-up when trying to open a document/email in SuperOffice CRM?
SuperOffice uses the program called WebTools to download and open documents on your computer.
Starting from SuperOffice CRM version 10.2.11, WebTools has changed some key components in how the system fetches the document.
To access our WebTools functionality from the browser, you would be asked for permission to open the different components needed for handling documents and emails.
This dialog will show up the first time you try to create or open a document in SuperOffice CRM. The dialog will vary depending on the browser.
Make sure to mark the Always allow checkbox, so that you don´t need to approve this every time you open a document in SuperOffice CRM.
If you use Safari on Mac the window will look like this:
NOTE: The Always Allow option is only available with the latest update for MacOS Ventura (with an update of Safari) and for Sonoma.
