In this blog I will illustrate how you add template variables into a quote template.
Click Insert – Quick Parts – Field…
In “Field names” you can find MergeField. In “Field properties” you can type your field name:
You can find all template variables in your SO_Arc (ProductTemplateAllTemplateVariables.docx), or in the article "Creating Quote templates".
Click OK and the variable will be inserted in your document:
