Online - new address format possible?
Hi!
A customer wants to have another addressformat than presented in lists - country - formats.
They want:
Visiting address
Visiting postcode /City
Post address line 1
Post address line 2
Post postcode/city
Is it possible to create/find/get this format when the customer uses Online? (Know you can create it onsite)

I guess you should be able to create your own custom addressformat by writing a CRMScript that add rows to the crm7.addressformat table. Unsure if upgrades in Online might remove your changes, though.

Sorry, I was to quick :) No, that won't help
You can try to adjust it in another country format which matches your wish in the admin, you can do that here:
So you might replace a Norwgian format with a Dutch, or German, whatever fits your need.

You can make a report in Reporter Studio with the desired format and upload it in Online in the admin:
I see it, and here's the solution (thank you collegues in Oslo):
If a custom row is added into table addressformat the field isBuiltin has to be set to '0' (zero)
Then it should not be overwritten with an update.

I have asked for this as a new standard address format. This format is needed for lots of customers with ERP sync. (SOS id:2866872)
