Mobile CRM 10.2.5

This version of Mobile CRM contains mostly under the hood enhancements. We need to do stuff in the background too to make sure you have a great experience when using Mobile CRM. From the things you can see we have changed the Login experience and introduced notifications for declined invitations.

From this release we require iOS version 13.4 or newer.


Highlights

  • Support for notifications for declined invitations
    When a participant declines your invitation, you will now be notified. Don't miss out if your key participant is not able to attend. Take action and move your meeting.

  • Improved onboarding and login experience
    It is now easier for our online users to get started with Mobile CRM. No more configuration options to consider, just log in. We have also provided a link "Need help to get started?" if you encounter any problems with your login. 

    The "Get the mobile app" button or menu item in SuperOffice CRM now guides you to our own App Store for more information about the Mobile CRM client and how to get started. The "Configure Mobile CRM" option in SuperOffice CRM for Onsite users is improved with step-by-step instructions on how to configure properly.

Bugfixes and improvements:

  • Fixed that Caller ID can say that a former employee is calling when the number exists on a new contact.
  • Hide quote notifications for sold/lost sales
