- Support for CRM system user when creating documents
- Storing email in SharePoint when creating email in SuperOfice or archiving email to SuperOfice using SuperOffice for Outlook or WebTools for Windows. NOTE: This functionality will only work with CRM Online 10.1.2 or later
Distribution:
This feature will be a part of SuperOffice CRM Cloud only.
- SuperOffice CRM Cloud
- Microsoft 365 subscription with SharePoint Online
- All users must use Azure Active Directory (AAD) to authenticate against SuperOffice CRM Cloud
- The SharePoint Global Administrator needs to authorise the SuperOffice application in Microsoft 365
