Mailings: Handling of links when changing hostname (migration or onsite)

Description
Links in Mailings contains a hash string which is based on hostname, this causes issues during migrations or when changing hostname onsite.
To reduce friction points for migrations (and onsite customers) we should provide method to allow for specification of additional "allowed" hostnames.
Should include this in registry table by adding a new entry.
Entry should be added by a database step to ensure that it exists in database when upgrading (migrating to online).

We will not provide any GUI for setting this registry value, and this must be set as a "comma-separated" string in database.
