Open new contact/person/project/sale page using soprotocol fails

Steps to Reproduce
Partners been able to use soprotocol to create new entities, now there seems to be a general bug, contact/project/sale also doesnt work.
./default.aspx?contact.main[mode=edit&new=true]?contact_id=0
./default.aspx?contact.main?contact_id=0
./project.main[mode=edit&new=true]?project_id=0
Etc.
The task button has it fixed, however the soprotocol directly will not create a new one. See linked issue 52109
