How to create a forum user and post your first question?

Hey, welcome to the SuperOffice forums! 

As you may have noticed, all content in forums is visible without a Community user. However, we want to encourage you to log in with your user credentials to browse the website. 

Being logged in give you great perks! You can: 

  1. Earn badges and grow your credibility.
  2. Post questions.
  3. Share your knowledge and help others by answering other users' questions.
  4. Connect with other SuperOfficer users. 

...and so much more!

Log into SuperOffice Community 

If you use SuperOffice Online (Cloud version), you're already a Community user. Click on Help, then select Community in the top-right corner of your CRM, confirm your identity and you are logged in!

If you use SuperOffice Onsite (locally installed version), drop us an e-mail to support@superoffice.com and become a Community user. Then follow the instructions from us, and in no time, you will be able to log in and enjoy all the benefits of the SuperOffice Community.

 

Post your first topic

You can join the conversation by posting your questions or replying to an existing topic.

If you have a topic in mind that you want to discuss, please check this tip How to ask a great question before posting it.

When you are sure about posting a new topic, click on the Ask Question button, type in the question and wait for the replies from other Community users.

 

Do not forget to help others too!

You can give your insights and tips by replying to the main question (1). Just scroll down until you see the space to type your answer.

Do not forget to select Send email when replied to stay up to date.

You can also reply to a single message. Click Reply (2), type in the comment and click Reply again.
