SuperOffice CRM Suite · Your plan: Core

Your CRM is about to do more for you.

On October 1, your SuperOffice plan becomes Core, part of the new SuperOffice CRM Suite. Everything you use today stays. What changes is how much more comes with it.

October 1 · Your account moves automatically. Nothing for you to set up.

CRM Suite Core

Boost your productivity and collaboration

Why the change

Your customers never worked in modules. Now your CRM doesn't either.

Your sales, marketing, and service teams share the same customers, the same goals, and increasingly, the same need to work smarter, and not in silos. SuperOffice CRM Suite is built around that reality. One connected platform covering the entire Relationship Loop. From finding and winning new business, to growing accounts, to taking care of customers every step of the way.

More is now included as standard in your CRM. Your plan gives you a wider range of capabilities across sales, marketing, and service, plus powerful AI capabilities embedded directly in the CRM to help your teams work faster, follow up smarter, and spend less time on manual tasks.

The result: more value from what you already have, without changing your CRM setup.

A customer relationship doesn't stop where a module ends. The same person you sell to today asks a service question tomorrow and reads your newsletter next week. Core gives your whole team one connected view of that relationship, sales, service, and marketing together, in the tool you already know.

What's new for you

Start from where you are today

Core replaces Sales Essential and Service Essential. Open your current plan to see exactly what's added, and what stays the same.

I'm coming from Sales Essential  ▾

Everything you use today stays exactly as it is. That includes your pipeline, contacts, documents, and email. Here's what gets added:

Service requests, includedResolve customer questions in the same place you manage your deals. No extra module, no extra invoice.
Marketing campaigns, includedSend campaigns and track pipeline from them, capabilities you'd previously buy separately.
Mobile CRMYour pipeline in your pocket. Update deals on the way out of the meeting, not the day after. The app is available wherever you usually get your apps.
Unlimited dashboardsKeep an eye on your funnel without exporting a single spreadsheet.
Service workflows and automationsAdd your own macros and scripts together with routing of tickets, automating workflows.
Built-in AI for daily tasksSummaries, sentiment, and a workspace assistant, right where you work.
I'm coming from Service Essential  ▾

Everything you use today stays exactly as it is. That includes your requests, queues, and customer history. Here's what gets added:

Sales and pipeline, includedSee the deals behind the requests. Spot upsell moments your team currently can't.
Marketing campaigns, includedTurn happy customers into repeat customers with campaigns, previously a separate purchase.
AI request handlingInstant sentiment, summaries, and translation of incoming requests, in any language.
Mobile CRMHandle and review requests wherever the day takes you. The app is available wherever you usually get your apps.
Unlimited dashboardsResponse times and request volumes at a glance, for every team.
Automations and workflowsRoute, escalate, and follow up automatically.

What should you explore first?

Pick your role, then your biggest challenge right now, and we'll point you to the part of Core worth opening first.

Sales  ▾

What's your biggest challenge right now?

I've got too many deals to track from memory  ▾
Your pipeline stays visible with unlimited dashboards built around it, so nothing depends on you remembering.
Half my day disappears into admin between calls  ▾
Workspace Assist answers quick questions about a deal without you digging through notes, and Mobile CRM keeps records current between meetings.
I'm not sure which deals actually need my attention today  ▾
Request Insight-style prioritization plus a pipeline dashboard tells you where to spend the next hour, not just what's open.
We're only using the CRM for sales right now  ▾
Marketing and Service came with your plan too. Turn on campaigns and mailings to reach customers directly, or give support its own home with service requests, worth a look even if your team hasn't touched them yet.
Marketing  ▾

What's your biggest challenge right now?

Our lists are one-size-fits-all, nobody gets anything relevant  ▾
Segment with Tailor your CRM custom fields on top of shared contacts and companies, so campaigns actually match the person.
Sales keeps re-contacting people we just emailed  ▾
Every campaign and mailing shows on the shared contact record, visible to sales before they ever pick up the phone.
I can't get a straight answer on what's working  ▾
An unlimited dashboard tied to your mailings replaces the guesswork with numbers you can actually see.
Customer Service  ▾

What's your biggest challenge right now?

We're drowning in tickets with no clear order  ▾
Automations and workflows route and escalate service requests automatically, so urgent doesn't wait behind routine.
Writing the same reply for the hundredth time is wearing thin  ▾
Writing Assist drafts it, your team edits and sends, seconds instead of minutes each time.
A customer writes in a language nobody on my team speaks  ▾
Translation Assist reads it in yours and helps you answer back, no separate tool needed.
Consulting  ▾

What's your biggest challenge right now?

Every consultant keeps client notes their own way  ▾
Shared contacts and companies plus Summary Assist means a colleague can read the history in seconds, not hunt through email.
A new consultant takes a week to get up to speed on a client  ▾
Project planning and calendar synchronization give them a structure from day one, not a pile of old emails.
We're growing past what a spreadsheet can track  ▾
Tailor your CRM shapes the system around how you actually engage clients, with unlimited dashboards to watch it scale.
Product  ▾

What's your biggest challenge right now?

Feedback shows up in six different inboxes  ▾
Route it into service requests instead, one searchable home instead of six.
We can't connect requests to what we actually ship  ▾
Tag them with custom fields under Tailor your CRM, so the pattern shows up instead of getting lost.
Our systems don't share what customers are telling us  ▾
ConnectERP or a Custom App bridges the gap, so product and CRM data aren't living in separate worlds.
IT and Systems  ▾

What's your biggest challenge right now?

We're still moving data between systems by hand  ▾
ConnectERP, the App Store, or a Custom App closes that gap for good.
Some teams have gone all-in, others still avoid logging in  ▾
An unlimited dashboard on usage shows exactly where adoption is real.
Every one-off exception turns into a support ticket for us  ▾
Automations and workflows turn the exception into a rule, so it stops needing a person each time.
Finance and HR  ▾

What's your biggest challenge right now?

Reconciling customer records against our own data eats a whole afternoon  ▾
Add the fields you reconcile against right on contacts and companies, under Tailor your CRM.
Vendors and partners don't really live anywhere in our systems  ▾
Shared contacts and companies work just as well for who you pay as who pays you.
Approvals get stuck in someone's inbox for a week  ▾
Automations and workflows route them automatically, nothing depends on a forwarded email.
Learning and Development  ▾

What's your biggest challenge right now?

New hires take weeks before the CRM feels natural  ▾
StartPage gives each person a homepage built around what's relevant to them, from day one.
Nobody can say for certain who's finished onboarding  ▾
Project planning plus an unlimited dashboard replaces the spreadsheet nobody updates.
Training material is scattered across five different tools  ▾
Calendar synchronization and project planning bring sessions into one place to look.
CRM Administrator / Operations  ▾

What's your biggest challenge right now?

Every department wants its own version of the CRM  ▾
Tailor your CRM gives each team the fields they need without forking the whole system.
"It doesn't talk to X" is the most common ticket I get  ▾
Close it with ConnectERP, the App Store, or a Custom App purpose-built for X.
I find out about adoption problems from complaints, not data  ▾
An unlimited dashboard on usage tells you before someone has to complain.
Management / Leadership  ▾

What's your biggest challenge right now?

Problems reach me only once they're already a fire  ▾
Unlimited dashboards across pipeline and service give you the early signal a status meeting can't.
I can't tell if sales, service, and marketing are actually in sync  ▾
Shared contacts and companies means one connected view of the customer, not three separate stories.
Pulling a report for the leadership meeting eats half my week  ▾
A live dashboard replaces the report; the numbers are already there when you need them.
Partner / Consultant  ▾

What's your biggest challenge right now?

Every partner tracks clients their own way  ▾
Shared contacts and companies puts the whole network on one record, not one notebook per partner.
New partners take too long to become productive  ▾
Project planning and calendar synchronization give them structure from day one instead of shadowing someone for weeks.
Our systems and our partners' systems don't line up  ▾
ConnectERP or a Custom App bridges the two, built around how you actually work together.
Other  ▾

What's your biggest challenge right now?

I'm honestly not sure where to begin  ▾
Open contacts and companies first; everything else in Core connects back to it.
I want something that just works without a manual  ▾
Shared contacts, a couple of automations, and Workspace Assist covers most of what people need day to day.
I want a feel for the AI before I rely on it  ▾
Try Writing Assist on your next email; small, low-effort, and it shows you what Core's AI side can do.
Worth knowing

Six things in Core you'll actually use

Not a feature list. These are the changes our customers notice in their first month, open each one to see why it matters.

Calendar synchronization  ▾
Your SuperOffice diary and your Outlook or Google calendar finally agree with each other. Why it matters: no more double-booked meetings, and every customer moment is logged without you thinking about it.
Automations and workflows  ▾
Set up a follow-up sequence once, and it runs every time. Why it matters: the deals that slip are rarely the hard ones. They're the ones nobody followed up. Now somebody always does.
Unlimited standardized dashboards  ▾
Build a dashboard for every team, every pipeline, every question your Monday meeting keeps asking. Why it matters: decisions get made on what's visible. Now everything is.
Mobile CRM access  ▾
Full CRM access on your phone, download the SuperOffice Mobile CRM app from the App Store or Google Play, wherever you usually get your apps. Why it matters: notes written in the car park are accurate. Notes written "later" are fiction.
Project planning  ▾
Plan customer projects inside the CRM, connected to the companies and people they belong to. Why it matters: one less tool, one less status meeting.
Tailor your CRM to your business  ▾
Use custom objects to shape fields, views and processes around how you actually work. Why it matters: a CRM your team recognizes is a CRM your team uses.

Included in your CRM Suite
ConnectERP for Business NXT▾

ConnectERP gives you a live link between SuperOffice CRM and Visma Business NXT, so account, order, and invoice data flows between the two systems automatically instead of being re-keyed by hand. Your sales and finance teams work from the same numbers, which means fewer errors, no duplicate entry, and faster answers for customers.

ConnectERP for Fortnox▾

ConnectERP gives you a live link between SuperOffice CRM and Fortnox, keeping prices, products, and customer data in sync across CRM and accounting without manual updates. You can quote with confidence on current prices and spend far less time reconciling two systems.

ConnectERP for Tripletex▾

ConnectERP gives you a live link between SuperOffice CRM and Tripletex, making customer, order, and invoice data available directly in CRM and keeping it current automatically. Everyone sees the same financial picture right next to the relationship, so nobody has to switch tools to check status.

ConnectERP for Visma Net▾

ConnectERP gives you a live link between SuperOffice CRM and Visma Net, with live access to ERP data inside CRM and no exporting, importing, or re-typing between systems. The result is less admin and more accurate customer conversations, grounded in real order history.

Custom App▾

Custom App lets you build your own customizations and integrations using SuperOffice Development Tools, so you can tailor SuperOffice to the processes that are specific to your business rather than bending your business to the tool. You get a CRM that fits how your team actually works, with room to extend it as you grow.

Synchronizer for SuperOffice▾

Synchronizer keeps a two-way sync between SuperOffice and your Microsoft Outlook or Google calendar, so appointments and calendar items stay aligned across both systems automatically. That means no double-booking and no double entry, and every customer meeting is logged without you thinking about it.

Free
Google Workspace Integration▾

Google Workspace Integration connects SuperOffice with Google Workspace document management, so you can work on documents in Google while keeping them tied to the right customer in CRM. You collaborate seamlessly without ever losing the link between a document and the relationship it belongs to.

SharePoint Documents▾

SharePoint Documents brings Microsoft SharePoint document collaboration and sharing into SuperOffice, so you can store and co-edit documents in SharePoint while reaching them straight from the customer record. The result is effective collaboration and a single source of truth for every customer document.

SuperOffice for Outlook▾

SuperOffice for Outlook connects your Microsoft Outlook inbox with SuperOffice, letting you archive emails and see CRM context on your contacts without leaving Outlook. Your inbox and your CRM finally tell the same story, fully and seamlessly synchronized.

SuperOffice for Teams▾

SuperOffice for Teams archives your Microsoft Teams chats into SuperOffice, capturing conversations that happen in Teams against the right customer automatically. Nothing important gets lost in chat, because the full customer history lives in one place.

SuperOffice Gmail Link▾

SuperOffice Gmail Link lets you archive emails and capture contact details straight from your Google Gmail inbox into SuperOffice, so you can add contacts and log correspondence without copy-pasting into CRM. That means less manual entry and a CRM that stays complete and up to date.

How to add an app to your SuperOffice CRM

Step 1Anyone can browse the App Store. Open it from the settings menu inside SuperOffice.
Step 2Find an app that interests you and open it to read what it does. Apps included in your plan are marked.
Step 3When you’re ready, an administrator activates the app from the app listing. Look for the button that says Install, Start free trial, or similar, and follow the on-screen instructions.

Not an administrator? You can still help things along, share the app page with your SuperOffice administrator so they can activate it, or ask your SuperOffice contact to set it up for you.

Pricing, explained

Pricing

For some customers the subscription price will be adjusted, reflecting the wider capabilities now included. Here's how the model works, and why you stay in control of it.

One plan instead of separate modules

Sales, service, and marketing capabilities that were previously priced as separate modules are now in one Core plan. Before you compare prices, compare what's inside: the fair comparison isn't Core vs. your old module. It's Core vs. your old module plus everything you'd have added to match it.

Your subscription fee will stay the same from October 1 until your next renewal date, giving you time to experience the new value with the old price.

Usage that grows when you do

Core includes generous built-in allowances for things like mailings sent and requests resolved. You don't pre-commit to usage you can't predict. If a busy quarter pushes you over, you scale then, not before.

Frequently asked questions

Questions you might have

Do I really need marketing and service features? I bought a sales tool.  ▾
Maybe not all of them today, and that's fine. But your customers don't separate "sales questions" from "service questions," and sooner or later you'll want to email more than one of them at a time. When that day comes, the capability is already there. No new purchase, no new project, no waiting.
Will I pay more?  ▾
Your subscription will be adjusted in line with local market inflation, and for some customers the adjustment is higher because the plan now includes significantly more. Any change takes effect at your next renewal, not on October 1, so you have time to see the new value before the price reflects it. Your exact numbers are in the email we sent you, and your SuperOffice contact can walk you through them.
What is usage-based pricing, and can it surprise me?  ▾
Each plan includes built-in allowances for mailings, resolved requests, and storage. Most teams stay comfortably within them. If your usage grows, you'll see it coming in your dashboards, nothing changes without you knowing. It's designed so what you pay reflects what you actually use, not what you might use.
Do I have to do anything?  ▾
No. Your account moves automatically and everything you use today keeps working. The new capabilities simply appear in your plan. We'll follow up with short trainings and guides so your team can explore them at their own pace.
What if Core is more than we need?  ▾
Talk to us. The Customer Experience Center can help you review how your team actually uses SuperOffice, and whether Core or another plan in the suite is the right fit. The goal is a plan that earns its place on your invoice and brings you top value.
