SuperOffice CRM Suite Growth

Published by Ragnhild Sheehan, 19 Aug 2026

Everything you're wondering about your new SuperOffice subscription plan, SuperOffice CRM Suite Growth.

SuperOffice CRM Suite · Your plan: Growth

Your CRM is about to lead the way.

On October 1, your SuperOffice plan becomes Growth, part of the new SuperOffice CRM Suite. Everything you use today stays. What's added helps you set targets, see what's working, and connect your CRM to the rest of your business.

October 1 · Your account moves automatically. Nothing for you to set up.

CRM Suite Growth

Accelerate revenue with targets and insight

Why the change

Growth doesn't happen by accident.

Your sales, marketing, and service teams share the same customers, the same goals, and increasingly, the same need to work smarter, and not in silos. SuperOffice CRM Suite is built around that reality. One connected platform covering the entire Relationship Loop. From finding and winning new business, to growing accounts, to taking care of customers every step of the way.

More is now included as standard in your CRM. Your plan gives you a wider range of capabilities across sales, marketing, and service, plus powerful AI capabilities embedded directly in the CRM to help your teams work faster, follow up smarter, and spend less time on manual tasks.

The result: more value from what you already have, without changing your CRM setup.

It happens when you set a target, see your progress in real time, and act before the quarter ends, not after. Growth gives your team the full Relationship Loop across sales, service, and marketing, plus the targets, insights, and ERP connections to steer it with confidence.

FIND YOUR PATH

What should you explore first?

Pick your role, then your biggest challenge right now, and we'll point you to the part of Growth worth opening first.

Sales  ▾

What's your biggest challenge right now?

I don't know if we'll hit the number this quarter  ▾
Set sales targets and goals for the team, and get decision-ready insight that shows where you'll land before the quarter ends.
I keep re-typing the same customer data into our ERP  ▾
ERP connectivity keeps quotes, orders, and invoices in sync automatically, nobody re-types anything.
My forecast is really just a gut feeling  ▾
Decision-ready insight turns the pipeline into a number you can defend, not a guess you present.
We're only using the CRM for sales right now  ▾
Marketing and Service came with your plan too, with decision-ready insight built in from day one. Run campaigns and mailings, or give support its own home with service requests and Category Insight, worth a look even if your team hasn't touched them yet.
Sending a quote means leaving the CRM and starting over  ▾
Quote management lets you create, send, and approve quotes right from the deal, no separate tool.
Good leads slip through before we've even qualified them  ▾
Lead management captures and qualifies leads properly, instead of tracking them in a side spreadsheet.
Marketing  ▾

What's your biggest challenge right now?

Our campaigns and the sales pipeline live in different worlds  ▾
See campaigns and the pipeline together with decision-ready insight, so marketing's work shows up where sales can see it.
Company records are missing half the details we need  ▾
Company Insight fills them in automatically from external sources, no manual research required.
Building the segment we actually want takes forever  ▾
More customisation capabilities let you shape fields and views around exactly how you segment, not how the system assumes you do.
Every form on our site needs a developer to set up or change  ▾
Web forms let you add and edit forms on your pages and emails yourself, styled to match your brand automatically.
Customer Service  ▾

What's your biggest challenge right now?

Requests get miscategorized and reach the wrong team  ▾
Category Insight sorts incoming requests automatically, so they land with the right team the first time.
Our customer records go stale and nobody notices  ▾
Data Quality Agents flag missing details and duplicates before they become a problem.
I can't see the service queue the way I see sales  ▾
Decision-ready insight applies to service too, the same visibility, a different queue.
Customers want an answer right now, not a ticket queued for later  ▾
Live chat puts you on the website with their CRM history already on screen.
We can't guarantee our best customers get faster responses  ▾
SLA-based service management escalates and prioritizes automatically, based on what each customer is entitled to.
Consulting  ▾

What's your biggest challenge right now?

Client company details are inconsistent across our records  ▾
Company Insight fills in the gaps automatically, so nobody's manually researching a client that's already in the system.
Scaling past a handful of consultants is getting messy  ▾
More customisation capabilities shape the CRM around your process as the team grows, not the other way round.
Onboarding a new hire means re-explaining ERP numbers by hand  ▾
ERP connectivity means the numbers are already there, trusted and current, before they ask.
Product  ▾

What's your biggest challenge right now?

We can't tell which feedback trends are actually worth acting on  ▾
Decision-ready insight surfaces the patterns instead of leaving you to eyeball a spreadsheet.
Product and finance numbers never quite agree  ▾
ERP connectivity keeps order and product data in sync, so the numbers match without a reconciliation meeting.
Our fields don't capture what we actually care about  ▾
More customisation capabilities let you add exactly the fields your product process needs.
IT and Systems  ▾

What's your biggest challenge right now?

Keeping ERP and CRM data in sync is a manual chore  ▾
Set up ERP connectivity once, and quotes, orders, and invoices flow automatically from then on.
Bad data keeps creeping back in no matter how often we clean it  ▾
Data Quality Agents monitor continuously, so cleanup stops being a recurring project.
Every team's customization request becomes a ticket for us  ▾
More customisation capabilities let teams shape their own fields and screens, without filing a request every time.
Finance and HR  ▾

What's your biggest challenge right now?

Matching CRM records to our financial systems takes real effort  ▾
ERP connectivity keeps the two in sync, so finance sees what was actually delivered without asking.
Company data is missing the details we need for reporting  ▾
Company Insight fills in the gaps automatically from external sources.
Our reporting fields never quite fit what we're asked to track  ▾
More customisation capabilities let you add the exact fields leadership keeps asking for.
Learning and Development  ▾

What's your biggest challenge right now?

New hires don't grasp the sales targets until weeks in  ▾
Show them decision-ready insight on day one, targets and progress made visible, not explained in a slide deck.
Tracking who's hit their ramp-up goals is a manual job  ▾
Set sales targets and goals per person, and let the dashboard do the tracking.
I'm not sure how to introduce Growth's AI features to new starters  ▾
Start with Company Insight, small enough to explain in a sentence, useful enough to matter immediately.
CRM Administrator / Operations  ▾

What's your biggest challenge right now?

Every team wants different fields and I'm the bottleneck  ▾
More customisation capabilities mean custom objects and screens teams can shape themselves, not tickets for you.
Bad data keeps piling up faster than anyone can clean it  ▾
Data Quality Agents work continuously in the background, catching duplicates and gaps before they spread.
Keeping CRM and ERP data lined up is a constant fight  ▾
ERP connectivity makes it automatic, one less system to babysit.
Management / Leadership  ▾

What's your biggest challenge right now?

I only see performance after the quarter's already over  ▾
Decision-ready insight shows where things stand in January and February, not just at the Q1 wrap-up.
I can't tell if targets are realistic until it's too late  ▾
Set sales targets and goals and track progress as it happens, adjust before it's a surprise.
Sales, service, and marketing all report differently to me  ▾
One connected view via decision-ready insight, the same picture, from every team.
Every rep follows their own version of the sales process  ▾
Sales guides and workflows keep the whole team working from the same playbook, with stakeholder visibility built in.
Partner / Consultant  ▾

What's your biggest challenge right now?

Company details differ depending on which partner entered them  ▾
Company Insight keeps company records consistent and current, automatically.
Every partner customizes their own setup, and it's a mess to manage  ▾
More customisation capabilities let each partner shape their view without breaking anyone else's.
Our data and our partners' ERP systems don't line up  ▾
ERP connectivity keeps the two in sync, no manual reconciliation.
Other  ▾

What's your biggest challenge right now?

I'm not sure where the value beyond Core actually is  ▾
Start with decision-ready insight, it's the clearest example of what Growth adds.
Our data quality problems never really get fixed  ▾
Let Data Quality Agents handle it continuously in the background.
I want to see the AI in action before trusting it with more  ▾
Try Company Insight on one record, low-risk, and it shows exactly what Growth's AI does.
Worth knowing

Eight things in Growth you'll actually use

Not a feature list. These are the changes our customers notice in their first month, open each one to see why it matters.

Sales targets and goals  ▾
Set targets for teams and individuals, and track progress as it happens. Why it matters: "How are we doing?" gets answered in January, February, and March. Not just at the end of Q1.
Decision-ready insight  ▾
Turn pipeline, service, and campaign data into clear answers. Why it matters: the gap between "we should look into that" and "we did something about it" gets a lot shorter.
ERP connectivity for streamlined data syncs  ▾
Connect SuperOffice to your ERP so customer, order, and invoice data flow between them and stay consistent across the systems your business runs on. Why it matters: sales sees what was delivered, finance sees what was promised, nobody re-types anything, and every report you build or future you plan starts with data you can trust.
More customisation capabilities  ▾
Custom objects and configurable screens, so you can shape SuperOffice to work the way your business actually does. Why it matters: a CRM that fits your process gets used; one that fights it gets worked around.
Workspace Assist  ▾
An AI assistant built into your workspace that drafts replies, summarizes activity, and answers questions right where you work. Why it matters: the help is where the work is, no switching tools, no copy-pasting.
Live chat  ▾
Chat with website visitors in real time, with their CRM history on screen while you talk to them. Why it matters: a question answered live is a lead that doesn't go cold waiting for an email reply.
Web forms and quote management  ▾
Add forms to your pages and emails, and send quotes with approvals built in, both connected straight to the deal. Why it matters: less copy-pasting between your website, your quotes, and your CRM.
Everything in Core, included  ▾
Mobile CRM, unlimited dashboards, automations and workflows, calendar sync, and built-in AI for daily tasks. Why it matters: Growth isn't a different CRM. It's the same one, with sharper instruments.

Which included apps you get depends on your plan, see the price list or app store for details.

Included in your CRM Suite
Book My Calendar▾

Book My Calendar gives your customers access to your SuperOffice CRM calendar so they can book time with you quickly and efficiently, without the back-and-forth of finding a slot. Meetings get arranged faster, and every booking lands in your calendar automatically.

Map4You Pro▾

Map4You Pro visualizes your SuperOffice CRM data on Google Maps, so you can see where your customers and prospects actually are. Planning routes, territories, and visits becomes far more effective when your pipeline is laid out geographically.

ConnectERP for Business NXT▾

ConnectERP gives you a live link between SuperOffice CRM and Visma Business NXT, so account, order, and invoice data flows between the two systems automatically instead of being re-keyed by hand. Your sales and finance teams work from the same numbers, which means fewer errors, no duplicate entry, and faster answers for customers.

ConnectERP for Fortnox▾

ConnectERP gives you a live link between SuperOffice CRM and Fortnox, keeping prices, products, and customer data in sync across CRM and accounting without manual updates. You can quote with confidence on current prices and spend far less time reconciling two systems.

ConnectERP for Tripletex▾

ConnectERP gives you a live link between SuperOffice CRM and Tripletex, making customer, order, and invoice data available directly in CRM and keeping it current automatically. Everyone sees the same financial picture right next to the relationship, so nobody has to switch tools to check status.

ConnectERP for Visma Net▾

ConnectERP gives you a live link between SuperOffice CRM and Visma Net, with live access to ERP data inside CRM and no exporting, importing, or re-typing between systems. The result is less admin and more accurate customer conversations, grounded in real order history.

Custom App▾

Custom App lets you build your own customizations and integrations using SuperOffice Development Tools, so you can tailor SuperOffice to the processes that are specific to your business rather than bending your business to the tool. You get a CRM that fits how your team actually works, with room to extend it as you grow.

Synchronizer for SuperOffice▾

Synchronizer keeps a two-way sync between SuperOffice and your Microsoft Outlook or Google calendar, so appointments and calendar items stay aligned across both systems automatically. That means no double-booking and no double entry, and every customer meeting is logged without you thinking about it.

Free
Google Workspace Integration▾

Google Workspace Integration connects SuperOffice with Google Workspace document management, so you can work on documents in Google while keeping them tied to the right customer in CRM. You collaborate seamlessly without ever losing the link between a document and the relationship it belongs to.

SharePoint Documents▾

SharePoint Documents brings Microsoft SharePoint document collaboration and sharing into SuperOffice, so you can store and co-edit documents in SharePoint while reaching them straight from the customer record. The result is effective collaboration and a single source of truth for every customer document.

SuperOffice for Outlook▾

SuperOffice for Outlook connects your Microsoft Outlook inbox with SuperOffice, letting you archive emails and see CRM context on your contacts without leaving Outlook. Your inbox and your CRM finally tell the same story, fully and seamlessly synchronized.

SuperOffice for Teams▾

SuperOffice for Teams archives your Microsoft Teams chats into SuperOffice, capturing conversations that happen in Teams against the right customer automatically. Nothing important gets lost in chat, because the full customer history lives in one place.

SuperOffice Gmail Link▾

SuperOffice Gmail Link lets you archive emails and capture contact details straight from your Google Gmail inbox into SuperOffice, so you can add contacts and log correspondence without copy-pasting into CRM. That means less manual entry and a CRM that stays complete and up to date.

Pricing, explained

Pricing

For some customers the subscription price will be adjusted, reflecting the wider capabilities now included. Here's how the model works, and why you stay in control of it.

One plan instead of separate modules

Sales, service, and marketing capabilities that were previously priced as separate premium modules are now in one Growth plan. Before you compare prices, compare what's inside: the fair comparison isn't Growth vs. your old module. It's Growth vs. your old module plus everything you'd have added to match it.

Your subscription fee will stay the same from October 1 until your next renewal date, giving you time to experience the new value with the old price.

Usage that grows when you do

Growth includes generous built-in allowances for things like mailings sent and requests resolved. You don't pre-commit to usage you can't predict. If a busy quarter pushes you over, you scale then, not before.

Frequently asked questions

Questions you might have

Do we really need the parts we didn't buy?  ▾
Maybe not all of them today, and that's fine. But your customers don't separate sales, service, and marketing the way modules did. Sooner or later, your sales team will want to see a customer's open requests, or your marketing will want to follow a lead all the way to revenue. When that day comes, the capability is already there. No new purchase, no new project, no waiting.
Will I pay more?  ▾
Your subscription will be adjusted in line with local market inflation, and for some customers the adjustment is higher because the plan now includes significantly more. Any change takes effect at your next renewal, not on October 1, so you have time to see the new value before the price reflects it. Your exact numbers are in the email we sent you, and your SuperOffice contact can walk you through them.
What is usage-based pricing, and can it surprise me?  ▾
Each plan includes built-in allowances for mailings, resolved requests, and storage. Most teams stay comfortably within them. If your usage grows, you'll see it coming in your dashboards, nothing changes without you knowing. It's designed so what you pay reflects what you actually use, not what you might use.
Do I have to do anything?  ▾
No. Your account moves automatically and everything you use today keeps working. The new capabilities simply appear in your plan. We'll follow up with short trainings and guides so your team can explore them at their own pace.
What if Growth is more than we need?  ▾
Talk to us. The Customer Experience Center can help you review how your team actually uses SuperOffice, and whether Growth or another plan in the suite is the right fit. The goal is a plan that earns its place on your invoice and brings you top value.
