Everything you want to know about SuperOffice CRM Suite Starter.

SuperOffice CRM Suite · Your plan: Starter

Your CRM is about to bring it all into one place.

On October 1, your SuperOffice plan becomes Starter, part of the new SuperOffice CRM Suite. Everything you use today stays. What changes is how much more comes with it.

October 1 · Your account moves automatically. Nothing for you to set up.

CRM Suite Starter

Start building customer relationships

Why the change

Your customers never worked in modules. Now your CRM doesn't either.

Your sales, marketing, and service teams share the same customers, the same goals, and increasingly, the same need to work smarter, and not in silos. SuperOffice CRM Suite is built around that reality. One connected platform covering the entire Relationship Loop. From finding and winning new business, to growing accounts, to taking care of customers every step of the way.

More is now included as standard in your CRM. Your plan gives you a wider range of capabilities across sales, marketing, and service, plus powerful AI capabilities embedded directly in the CRM to help your teams work faster, follow up smarter, and spend less time on manual tasks.

The result: more value from what you already have, without changing your CRM setup.

A customer relationship doesn't stop where a module ends. Starter brings it all into one place: campaigns and pipeline tracking, sales and pipeline management, service requests, and shared contacts, documents, and email, with built-in data protection to keep you compliant from day one.

FIND YOUR PATH

What should you explore first?

Pick your role, then your biggest challenge right now, and we'll point you to the part of Starter worth opening first.

Sales  ▾

What's your biggest challenge right now?

I forget to follow up and deals go cold  ▾
Your sales pipeline keeps every deal visible with its next step attached, so a busy week doesn't mean a lost deal.
I'm typing the same info into two places  ▾
Log it once in shared contacts and companies, everyone on the team sees the same record, no second copy to maintain.
I can't tell which deals will actually close  ▾
A standard dashboard on your pipeline shows what's moving and what's gone quiet, at a glance.
We're only using the CRM for sales right now  ▾
Marketing and Service came with your plan too. Turn on campaigns and mailings to reach customers directly, or give support its own home with service requests, worth a look even if your team hasn't touched them yet.
Marketing  ▾

What's your biggest challenge right now?

Our campaigns feel generic, not personal  ▾
Segment your list using the contact and company details you already track, no separate tool needed to send something relevant.
Sales has no idea who we've already emailed  ▾
Every campaign and mailing shows up on the shared contact record, so sales sees the full history before they pick up the phone.
I can't prove our campaigns are working  ▾
Put a standard dashboard next to your mailings, and stop guessing at open rates from memory.
Customer Service  ▾

What's your biggest challenge right now?

Tickets pile up with no clear owner  ▾
Service requests land in one queue, and automations and workflows route and escalate them before they go stale.
I answer the same three questions all day  ▾
Let Writing Assist draft the reply, you just check it and send, seconds instead of minutes.
My manager has no idea how the queue is doing  ▾
A standard dashboard on open requests and response times means nobody has to ask you for a status update.
Consulting  ▾

What's your biggest challenge right now?

Every consultant tracks client work their own way  ▾
Shared contacts and companies give the whole team one version of each client, not five spreadsheets.
Getting a new consultant up to speed on a client takes days  ▾
Calendar synchronization and shared email history mean the story is already there, they don't have to ask around for it.
We lose track of what's billable versus exploratory  ▾
Set up an automation that flags a project when it's gone quiet, so nothing stays in limbo unnoticed.
Product  ▾

What's your biggest challenge right now?

Customer feedback lives in someone's inbox  ▾
Route it into service requests instead, so feedback has one home the whole team can search.
It's hard to keep everyone aligned on what's already been discussed  ▾
Shared documents and email history keep the full conversation visible to the whole team, not just whoever answered first.
We forget to loop customers back in after a fix ships  ▾
Set up an automation that reopens the conversation automatically once a request is marked resolved.
IT and Systems  ▾

What's your biggest challenge right now?

We need to prove we're handling data responsibly  ▾
Built-in data protection keeps you compliant from day one, without a separate tool to manage.
Some teams use it well, others barely log in  ▾
A standard dashboard on usage tells you where adoption is actually happening, not where you assume it is.
Every exception becomes a one-off manual fix  ▾
Automations and workflows turn the exception into a rule, so it stops needing a person every time.
Finance and HR  ▾

What's your biggest challenge right now?

Vendors and partners don't have a proper home in our systems  ▾
Shared contacts and companies work just as well for the people you buy from as the people who buy from you.
Vendors and partners don't have a proper home in our systems  ▾
Shared contacts and companies work just as well for the people you buy from as the people who buy from you.
Approvals and requests get buried in email  ▾
Route them through automations and workflows instead, so nothing depends on someone remembering to forward an email.
Learning and Development  ▾

What's your biggest challenge right now?

New hires take weeks to feel confident in the CRM  ▾
StartPage gives everyone a homepage built around what's relevant to them, so day one feels less like a maze.
We can't tell who's actually finished onboarding  ▾
Track it with a standard dashboard instead of a spreadsheet someone forgets to update.
Training materials live in five different places  ▾
Bring sessions together with calendar synchronization, one shared place to look instead of five.
CRM Administrator / Operations  ▾

What's your biggest challenge right now?

Compliance questions always land on my desk  ▾
Built-in data protection keeps you covered from day one, so you're not building the answer from scratch every time.
New team members don't know where to look first  ▾
StartPage gives everyone a homepage built around what's relevant to them, so day one feels less like a maze.
I can't tell who's actually using what we've built  ▾
A standard dashboard on usage tells you where adoption is real, and where it isn't, before someone else asks you.
Management / Leadership  ▾

What's your biggest challenge right now?

I find out about problems after they're already a crisis  ▾
A standard dashboard across pipeline and service gives you the early warning a status meeting can't.
I can't tell if sales, service, and marketing are actually pulling together  ▾
Shared contacts and companies means one view of the customer for the whole team, not three different stories.
Pulling a report takes half a day  ▾
A live standard dashboard replaces the report; the numbers are already there when you need them.
Partner / Consultant  ▾

What's your biggest challenge right now?

Each partner tracks their clients a different way  ▾
Shared contacts and companies puts everyone on the same record, so nothing depends on one person's notebook.
New partners take too long to get productive  ▾
Calendar synchronization gives them a shared schedule to follow from day one, instead of shadowing someone for a month.
Sharing the full picture with a partner takes forever  ▾
Shared documents and email history give partners the same view you have, no separate export needed.
Other  ▾

What's your biggest challenge right now?

I'm honestly not sure where to start  ▾
Open contacts and companies first, that's where everything else in Starter connects back to.
I just want something simple that works  ▾
Shared contacts and companies plus a couple of automations and workflows covers most of what people need day to day.
I want to see what this can do before I commit  ▾
Try Writing Assist on your next email, small, low-effort, and it shows you what the AI side of Starter feels like.
Worth knowing

Five things in Starter you'll actually use

Not a feature list. These are the changes our customers notice in their first month, open each one to see why it matters.

Calendar synchronization  ▾
Your SuperOffice diary and your Outlook or Google calendar finally agree with each other. Why it matters: no more double-booked meetings, and every customer moment is logged without you thinking about it.
Automations and workflows  ▾
Set up a follow-up sequence once, and it runs every time. Why it matters: the deals that slip are rarely the hard ones. They're the ones nobody followed up. Now somebody always does.
Standard dashboards  ▾
Get up to 3 pre-built dashboards covering your pipeline, service queue, and campaigns, ready from day one. Why it matters: decisions get made on what's visible, and the essentials are covered from the start.
Built-in data protection  ▾
Compliance and data protection are built in from day one, so you're covered without adding a separate tool. Why it matters: peace of mind without extra setup.
Shared contacts, documents, and email  ▾
Every teammate sees the same customer record, the same email history, and the same documents, no separate copies floating around. Why it matters: one source of truth, so nobody's working from stale information.

The result is effective collaboration and a single source of truth for every customer document.

How to add an app to your SuperOffice CRM

Step 1Anyone can browse the App Store. Open it from the settings menu inside SuperOffice.
Step 2Find an app that interests you and open it to read what it does. Apps included in your plan are marked.
Step 3When you’re ready, an administrator activates the app from the app listing. Look for the button that says Install, Start free trial, or similar, and follow the on-screen instructions.

Not an administrator? You can still help things along, share the app page with your SuperOffice administrator so they can activate it, or ask your SuperOffice contact to set it up for you.

Need help? Your SuperOffice contact or the Customer Experience Center can walk you through it.

Pricing, explained

Pricing

For some customers the subscription price will be adjusted, reflecting the wider capabilities now included. Here's how the model works, and why you stay in control of it.

One plan instead of separate modules

Sales, service, and marketing capabilities that were previously priced as separate modules are now in one Starter plan. Before you compare prices, compare what's inside: the fair comparison isn't Starter vs. your old module. It's Starter vs. your old module plus everything you'd have added to match it.

Your subscription fee will stay the same from October 1 until your next renewal date, giving you time to experience the new value with the old price.

Usage that grows when you do

Starter includes generous built-in allowances for things like mailings sent and requests resolved. You don't pre-commit to usage you can't predict. If a busy quarter pushes you over, you scale then, not before.

Frequently asked questions

Questions you might have

Do I really need marketing and service features? I bought a sales tool.  ▾
Maybe not all of them today, and that's fine. But your customers don't separate "sales questions" from "service questions," and sooner or later you'll want to email more than one of them at a time. When that day comes, the capability is already there. No new purchase, no new project, no waiting.
Will I pay more?  ▾
Your subscription will be adjusted in line with local market inflation, and for some customers the adjustment is higher because the plan now includes significantly more. Any change takes effect at your next renewal, not on October 1, so you have time to see the new value before the price reflects it. Your exact numbers are in the email we sent you, and your SuperOffice contact can walk you through them.
What is usage-based pricing, and can it surprise me?  ▾
Each plan includes built-in allowances for mailings, resolved requests, and storage. Most teams stay comfortably within them. If your usage grows, you'll see it coming in your dashboards, nothing changes without you knowing. It's designed so what you pay reflects what you actually use, not what you might use.
Do I have to do anything?  ▾
No. Your account moves automatically and everything you use today keeps working. The new capabilities simply appear in your plan. We'll follow up with short trainings and guides so your team can explore them at their own pace.
What if we need more?  ▾
Talk to us. The Customer Experience Center can help you review how your team actually uses SuperOffice, and whether Starter or another plan in the suite is the right fit. The goal is a plan that earns its place on your invoice and brings you top value.
