Everything you want to know about SuperOffice CRM Suite Super.

SuperOffice CRM Suite · Your plan: Super

Your CRM just got smarter.

On October 1, your SuperOffice plan becomes Super, part of the new SuperOffice CRM Suite. Everything you use today stays. What's added helps you respond faster, send the right message at the right time, and keep customers for the long run.

October 1 · Your account moves automatically. Nothing for you to set up.

CRM Suite Super

Run an enterprise-grade sales team to grow your business

Why the change

Your customers never existed in modules.
Now your CRM doesn't either.

Your sales, marketing, and service teams share the same customers, the same goals, and increasingly, the same need to work smarter, and not in silos. SuperOffice CRM Suite is built around that reality. One connected platform covering the entire Relationship Loop. From finding and winning new business, to growing accounts, to taking care of customers every step of the way.

More is now included as standard in your CRM. Your plan gives you a wider range of capabilities across sales, marketing, and service, plus powerful AI capabilities embedded directly in the CRM to help your teams work faster, follow up smarter, and spend less time on manual tasks.

The result: more value from what you already have, without changing your CRM setup.

Large teams run on predictable performance. Super gives you deep sales insight, deal velocity, engagement frequency, and win/loss history across the sales cycle, unlimited goals and KPIs, AI-driven service optimization, and database replication for resilience, so you can run a modern commercial process at full scale, across the entire relationship loop.

FIND YOUR PATH

What should you explore first?

Pick your role, then your biggest challenge right now, and we'll point you to the part of Super worth opening first.

Sales  ▾

What's your biggest challenge right now?

I can't tell which regions will hit target until it's too late  ▾
Insight into deal velocity and win/loss history flags the regions falling behind early, not just the one you're watching.
Our goals don't reflect how differently each market actually runs  ▾
Unlimited goals and KPIs mean every team gets targets that fit them, not a template.
A system outage during quarter-end would be catastrophic for us  ▾
Database replication keeps you running even if something fails, quarter-end doesn't wait for anyone.
We're only using the CRM for sales right now  ▾
Marketing and Service came with your plan too, built to run at scale. Run automated marketing flows across every region, or let AI-driven service optimization handle support, worth a look even if your team hasn't touched them yet.
Marketing  ▾

What's your biggest challenge right now?

Campaign performance means something different in every market  ▾
Set unlimited goals and KPIs so each market is measured on its own terms, not one global average.
We plan campaigns reactively instead of seeing what's coming  ▾
Engagement frequency and deal velocity connect marketing timing to where the pipeline is actually heading.
Company data needs to be reliable across every region we run in  ▾
Company Insight plus database replication keeps records accurate and available everywhere.
Customer Service  ▾

What's your biggest challenge right now?

Service quality is inconsistent across our regional teams  ▾
AI-driven service optimization keeps routing and prioritization consistent everywhere, not just where you're watching closely.
A regional outage would mean losing access to case history  ▾
Database replication keeps service running even if one system goes down.
Each region measures service success differently  ▾
Unlimited goals and KPIs let every team track what matters to them, still comparable at the top.
Consulting  ▾

What's your biggest challenge right now?

Client data has to be available no matter which office is down  ▾
Database replication keeps records accessible even through an outage.
Every practice area needs its own version of success  ▾
Unlimited goals and KPIs mean each one is measured on its own terms.
We can't predict which engagements are actually at risk  ▾
Engagement frequency and sales cycle data flag it before a client relationship quietly cools.
Product  ▾

What's your biggest challenge right now?

We can't predict which feature requests will actually matter at scale  ▾
Win/loss history and engagement frequency connect customer signals across the business, not just one team's inbox.
Product data needs to survive a regional outage without disruption  ▾
Database replication keeps it available regardless.
Connecting product systems to AI tools is still ad hoc at our size  ▾
MCP Connect+ gives you expanded, enterprise-scale connections built for exactly this.
IT and Systems  ▾

What's your biggest challenge right now?

A single point of failure could take down the whole business  ▾
Database replication is built for exactly this, resilience at enterprise scale.
Every region wants its own AI integrations, and volume keeps climbing  ▾
MCP Connect+ handles the expanded connections a large, distributed team needs.
We need KPIs that mean something across wildly different teams  ▾
Unlimited goals and KPIs let each team define success without losing comparability.
Finance and HR  ▾

What's your biggest challenge right now?

Financial data has to be available even through a system failure  ▾
Database replication keeps records accessible no matter what happens to one system.
Every business unit reports against different numbers  ▾
Unlimited goals and KPIs let each one track its own, without losing the big picture.
Forecasting resourcing needs across regions is mostly guesswork  ▾
Deal velocity and sales cycle data give finance the same forward view sales already relies on.
Learning and Development  ▾

What's your biggest challenge right now?

New hires need to understand enterprise-scale AI, not just the basics  ▾
Show them deal velocity and win/loss history in action, it's the clearest example of Super surfacing a problem, not just reporting on it.
Training has to work the same whether someone's in one office or ten  ▾
Database replication means the system behaves consistently everywhere, so training doesn't need regional caveats.
It's hard to set meaningful goals for a globally distributed team  ▾
Unlimited goals and KPIs let you tailor onboarding targets by team, without losing comparability.
CRM Administrator / Operations  ▾

What's your biggest challenge right now?

One outage anywhere could take down the whole operation  ▾
Database replication is exactly the safeguard an operation this size needs.
AI integration requests are multiplying faster than we can standardize them  ▾
MCP Connect+ gives you the expanded connectivity enterprise scale actually requires.
Every business unit needs its own KPIs without breaking the reporting model  ▾
Unlimited goals and KPIs let each one set its own, still rolling up cleanly.
Management / Leadership  ▾

What's your biggest challenge right now?

I need to see risk before it becomes a missed quarter, across every region  ▾
Deal velocity and win/loss history give you the early view a status report never will.
Every business unit measures success differently, and I need it to still add up  ▾
Unlimited goals and KPIs let each one track its own numbers while still rolling up to one picture.
A major outage during a critical period isn't an acceptable risk for us  ▾
Database replication is built precisely for that scenario.
Partner / Consultant  ▾

What's your biggest challenge right now?

Predicting which partner relationships are at risk is guesswork  ▾
Engagement frequency and win/loss history flag it early, across the whole partner network.
Every partner needs their own KPIs, but I need to compare them fairly  ▾
Unlimited goals and KPIs let each partner track their own numbers, still comparable where it matters.
Data has to stay available even if a partner's system goes down  ▾
Database replication keeps things running regardless.
Other  ▾

What's your biggest challenge right now?

I'm not sure enterprise-scale features apply to how we actually work  ▾
Start with deal velocity and win/loss history, useful the moment you have more than a handful of people to track.
Resilience feels like an IT problem, not something I should think about  ▾
Database replication protects the business, not just the system, worth understanding either way.
I want to see what "unlimited" actually means in practice  ▾
Set unlimited goals and KPIs for two very different teams and watch both work without compromise.
Worth knowing

Six things in Super you'll actually use

Not a feature list. These are the changes our customers notice in their first month, open each one to see why it matters.

Faster, smarter ticket resolution  ▾
Requests get understood, routed, and resolved with less back-and-forth. Why it matters: the fastest way to lose a customer is a slow answer. The fastest way to keep one is the opposite.
Automated marketing flows  ▾
Build unlimited flows that deliver the right message at the right time, whether that's welcome series, renewals, or win-backs. Why it matters: leads become loyal customers when nobody has to remember to follow up.
Reply Assist  ▾
AI-suggested replies to incoming requests, based on customer history, so your team responds faster with less effort. Why it matters: the reply is drafted before you've finished reading the request.
Sales targets and goals  ▾
Set targets for teams and individuals, and track progress as it happens. Why it matters: marketing, sales, and service finally measure success against the same numbers.
ERP connectivity  ▾
Connect SuperOffice to your ERP so customer, order, and invoice data flow between them. Why it matters: communication built on what customers actually bought beats guesswork every time.
Unlimited sales targets  ▾
Set targets for every team, every region, every product line, with no cap on how many you track. Why it matters: at enterprise scale, no team should be boxed in by a target limit.
Sales forecasting on product level  ▾
See forecasts broken down by product, not just by team or region. Why it matters: the more granular the forecast, the fewer surprises at quarter-end.
Everything in Core and Growth, included  ▾
Mobile CRM, unlimited dashboards, automations and workflows, calendar sync, data syncs, and built-in AI for daily tasks. Why it matters: Super isn't a different CRM. It's the same one, tuned for customer experience and retention.

Pricing, explained

Pricing

For some customers the subscription price will be adjusted, reflecting the wider capabilities now included. Here's how the model works, and why you stay in control of it.

One plan instead of separate modules

Sales, service, and marketing capabilities that were previously priced as separate premium modules are now in one Super plan. Before you compare prices, compare what's inside: the fair comparison isn't Super vs. your old module. It's Super vs. your old module plus everything you'd have added to match it.

Your subscription fee will stay the same from October 1 until your next renewal date, giving you time to experience the new value with the old price.

Usage that grows when you do

Super includes generous built-in allowances for things like mailings sent and requests resolved. You don't pre-commit to usage you can't predict. If a busy quarter pushes you over, you scale then, not before.

Frequently asked questions

Questions you might have

We bought a marketing tool. Do we really need sales and service too?  ▾
Maybe not all of it today, and that's fine. But your best campaigns are built on knowing what customers bought, what they asked for, and how the relationship is going. Sooner or later you'll want to follow a lead all the way to revenue, or time a message around an open request. When that day comes, the capability is already there. No new purchase, no new project, no waiting.
Will I pay more?  ▾
Your subscription will be adjusted in line with local market inflation, and for some customers the adjustment is higher because the plan now includes significantly more. Any change takes effect at your next renewal, not on October 1, so you have time to see the new value before the price reflects it. Your exact numbers are in the email we sent you, and your SuperOffice contact can walk you through them.
What is usage-based pricing, and can it surprise me?  ▾
Each plan includes built-in allowances for mailings, resolved requests, and storage. Most teams stay comfortably within them. If your usage grows, you'll see it coming in your dashboards, nothing changes without you knowing. It's designed so what you pay reflects what you actually use, not what you might use.
Do I have to do anything?  ▾
No. Your account moves automatically and everything you use today keeps working. The new capabilities simply appear in your plan. We'll follow up with short trainings and guides so your team can explore them at their own pace.
What if Super is more than we need?  ▾
Talk to us. The Customer Experience Center can help you review how your team actually uses SuperOffice, and whether Super or another plan in the suite is the right fit. The goal is a plan that earns its place on your invoice and brings you top value.
