New SuperOffice AI features
AI is on everyone’s lips these days as new applications are popping up in all kinds of areas.
For SuperOffice it has always been important to embrace new technologies as they mature and can add real value to business processes and to your CRM. But it doesn’t have to be a game changer to add value.
How about getting a little helping hand from AI in your mailings? π
There’s new AI features available for our Marketing users to help you:
π create unique and custom images for you based on your descriptions
π suggest alternative headlines or button link text when you enter your own suggestion.
The "AI assistant" even generates suggestions based on the tone of voice you prefer as alternatives you can use or for inspirationπ‘.
A small, but potentially also a valuable use of AI, in addition to those already available within the SuperOffice AI platform.
Availability and requirements:
- Included in the mailing editor available with the Marketing Plan
- Available now in the SuperOffice CRM for online
- Available now in SuperOffice CRM for onsite, version 10.2.1
Email domain validation
When you use an external mail server to send emails on your behalf, like what you do when using the online version of SuperOffice, you can improve the chance of your mails being delivered if SuperOffice CRM is on your domain's "safe list".
This requires a set up where your domain is configured with a SPF record from SuperOffice.
If you haven’t set this up yet, you will now see a little warning saying that you should validate your email domain.
You are still able to continue using mailings as before, but we recommend getting this validation set up so your campaigns can get better results.
There is also a new ability for CRM administrators to control that only approved email domains are allowed for sending emails via SuperOffice. This is done in the Global preferences in Settings & maintenance.
Also new is that the “From” fields is now split up into two fields, one for the From sender name, and one for the From sender email. This allows you to personalize your mailings more easily.

CRMScript triggered dialogs
CRMScript is a programming language embedded in SuperOffice but that doesn’t necessarily need developers expertise. It is a flexible and - at the same time - cost-effective way to customize your CRM solution.
CRMScript lets you automate tasks or modify the behavior of SuperOffice. For example, you can use it to automate a set of activities, add or confirm data into SuperOffice or open a dialogue with information to the user.
New to CRMScripting is that you can now create dialogs where you ask the user a question and what they answer can trigger several actions.
For example, a script can activate a dialog to pop-up to ask the user if they want something to be automatically updated or created for them. This type of script triggered dialogs gives users more control of what happens next.
Customers who used the Windows-based installations of SuperOffice from earlier may be familiar with the capability, but it has not been available for online and web applications until now. It is a welcomed addition that we anticipate will be valuable to many customers.

A new version of SuperOffice Service is about to be released. In the new version, the request features have now been fully merged with the core of SuperOffice CRM.
This next generation of SuperOffice Service is the result of years of investing in updating the technology. We also took a deep look into how people work with different requests to find how we can help even more.
The result is a Service solution that offers new way of working with requests in SuperOffice, where you can:
π Navigate between requests and the information available in SuperOffice more easily

π Multi-task much more effectively and work with the information at hand faster than before
This version will soon be available to new customers of SuperOffice. Existing customers using Service will be migrated to this version starting later this year and over a significant period of time.
