Right now, you can sign up for the following pilot programs:

  • Request Management ⌛☁️ 🆕
    • SuperOffice Service - remade​
      Merging service to the core of SuperOffice CRM​

      What is it?

      * Providing one CRM interface​
      * Improving navigation​
      * Increase productivity​
      * Simplifying the experience​

      … all to increase user adaption

      This pilot-version will support (10.2.1/10.2.2):
      * working on more than one request at the time
      * looking up answers in other requests when working on a request
      * you have several queues to follow up on
      * adapting the layouts of your lists of requests
      * Supports Soprotocols like other entities

      This pilot-version will not support (10.2.1/10.2.2):
      * Custom screens: Needs verification of what kind of screens, we do not support using different screens for handling requests outside what Configurable screens offer. You are NOT able to create the entire ticket view from scratch. ​You are however able to configure what fields you think is important to your user group and with Dev Tools you can use Scripting to add business logic on Triggers or add buttons that executes workflows and so on
      * Extra tables: Some limitations when it comes to being able to search effortlessly
      * Dashboard reports (needs to be re-created)
      * Selections in Service (needs to be re-created)​
      * Customizations (from the simple to the complex: needs to tested/adapted/re-made)

      Who can join the pilot program?

      For the first phase (10.2.1) this program will be primarely for Test-tenants, Demo-tenants and Sandbox-environments.
      Then we will introduce it to customers new to SuperOffice Service.
      Support for existing customers in production who need to migrate from Service to Request Management will come later (10.2.2 / around 14.02.2023)

      We are interested in hearing from customers who use:

      * CRM Online 10.2.1 + demo/test/sandbox tenant

      * CRM Online 10.2.2 + production/demo/test/sandbox tenant

            * Existing customers production tenants need to be assessed, ref. potential breaking changes

      * User Plan: Service Premium, Service Essential or Complete


      How to join the pilot program?

      We are not quite ready yet - but you will be able to sign up when the Pilot period starts soon. This pilot program will be handled centrally by the R&D Services team.


      Effect of enabling the pilot feature:

      The exsiting Service client will be replaced with the new Request Management (inside the CRM client)

      * No change in the features available in SuperOffice Service Essentials or SuperOffice Service Premium plans​

      * No change in the pricing or packaging of current Service plans ​

      * Potential breaking changes for some existing customers​

      * Significant improvements in user navigation, user experience and overall productivity​

      Enabling 'Request Management' feature will change the user-process for all users using Service. The old/existing Service-client will only be available through a seperate direct link for adminstration-purposes only.

      During the Pilot Program, you may go back to how you had it, if you like to. Send an emil to pilot@superoffice.com (note: some changes made during pilot may not be supported in the old Service-client)

  • Configurable Screens for Project og Sales ⌛☁️
    • What is it?

      Create custom screens of SuperOffice project and sales entities:

      * Add Different layouts for different user groups

      * Enable users to have different focus: Creating a personalized view for different teams in the organization can make users more effective. 

      ​* Create the ideal layout for a specific project or sale type​: The possibility of having the most necessary information available, in context of project type or sale type

      * ​Make it easy to find information​: Make it easy to find and manage related information ​

      * Customers with a need for more effective screen setup for Project or Sale

      * With different user groups focusing and filling in different set of fields

      * With different kinds of project, where the requirements to registered data in SuperOffice differs depending on project type.

      * With different sales processes for different sale types and sale complexity

      * customers with a high use of custom fields, and a need for optimizing and grouping of fields to make users more effective

      * Assign layouts to user groups OR project/sales type:

      * Enable teams to have different focus​

      OR​

      * Create effective layouts for specific project/sales types

      Edit project/sales layout:

      * Add most important field on page 1

      * Remove fields not in use

      * Group fields in tabs or columns

      * Add headings or dividers

      * Highlight essential data with large or bold text

      * Add custom buttons for running a script

      * Introduction of a new grid element on Sales layout (available from version 10.1.8)

      * Additional support for customers with a high number of custom fields in a table layout

      * Specify rows/columns

      * Drag fields into it

      * Tab from cell to cell

       

      Who can join the pilot program?

      We are interested in hearing from customers who use:

      * CRM Online (10.1.7)

      * License: Development Tools

      For users to be able to access the screen designer feature in admin, the customer must have the Development Tools license.

      You can sign up here. This pilot program is handled centrally by the R&D Services team.

      Effect of enabling the pilot feature:

      Enabling 'Configurable Screens' feature will change the layout of your current Sales cards and Project cards 'More tab' screens for all users, - if you have manually configured your UDEF fields (Fields) in the admin client.

      The new setup will use 'rank' of fields as basis for order of the fields in Configurable Screens. (Setting you preferred rank on fields can be prepared by you prior to signing up, to help in a quicker transition)

      The SuperOffie administrator may now create new screen layout in the admin client, for:

      * Sale
      * Project

      In addition, there are a few minor changes:

      * Sales:

      * Sale date always on top, keeping same label independent of sale stage​

      * Source and competitor always available in Details tab. Can be added to main tab to always have easy access.​

      * Custom fields moved to More tab​, following the same pattern as the other main cards​

      * Timestamp on Note

      * Links improvements

      * Project:

      * Completed checkbox always editable

      * Publish removed from standard layout

      * Timestamp on Note

      * Links improvements

  • SharePoint Documents Migration ⌛☁️
    • This pilot program enables the SuperOffice administrator to move/migrate documents from CRM Online storage to to your SharePoint document library.

      Documents that are successfully moved will be deleted from the source library​. Documents that can not be moved will be available as before

      When documents are moved, templates will also be moved. All of them!

      Who can join the pilot program?

      We are interested in hearing from customers who use:

      * CRM Online
      * SuperOffice SharePoint Documents 2.x

      You need 'Global Administrator' access right (Microsoft AAD) to authorize the "SuperOffice Documents library" app.

      * Pilot limitation: Maximum 20 000 documents can be migrated per migration-job. You may select how many documents to be migrated per migration-job by creating a document-selection. Read more in the Pilot Forum

      Effect of enabling the pilot feature:

      SharePoint Documents Migration pilot program is only available for customer already have set up and use  SuperOffice SharePoint Documents 2.x and use CRM Online version 10.1.5.

      SuperOffice SharePoint Documents needs to be fully configured before you can migrate to SharePoint.

      Once the pilot feature is activated, the SuperOffice Admin will get a new option to start the migration wizard.

      Important notes on the pilot feature:

      • We recommend migrating documents to SharePoint after all users have logged in to Online SuperOffice CRM after SharePoint is configured. Otherwise, we will not be able to create the document with the correct owner in SharePoint.​
      • When documents are moved, templates will also be moved. All of them.
      • Documents owned by users that does not exist in SharePoint, will get a new owner - SharePoint App (you can choose not to move such documents)​.
      • These documents will also be in the folder "Other" if you have chosen Folder structure – user group.
      • In order to moved these documents, we need a Global Administrator to authorize SuperOffice Documents library app.
        • This app has already been approved if customers are using Visible for (Groups and ..)​
      • Documents that are successfully moved will be deleted from the source library​.
      • Documents that can not be moved will be available as before​ (from CRM Online storage).
  • Configurable Archives⌛ 🏢
    • What is it?

      Create custom archives of SuperOffice entities on main cards:

      * Add new archives with standard SO content​:

      * Apply additional filters to show a subset of standard SO content in the archive

      * Example: Document archive with contracts only

      * Example: Contact archive with engaged contacts only

      * Different layouts for different user groups​

      * Decide which archives to include for a user group​

      * Example: Hide Quote for users not using it

      Who can join the pilot program?

      Requirements:

      * Onsite 10.1.5
      * License: Development Tools

      We strongly encurage customers with "custom providers" to join!

      How to join the pilot program?

      No need to sign up, only to add the FeatureToggles.

      If you use a 'custom provider' - we urge you to give your feedback on the result, back to R&D.

      How to add the feature OnSite?

      For versions 10.1.5 and newer you can add the feature via adding:

      a) a new sectionGroup 'FeatureToggles' with state

      b) a FeatureToggles section, with state

      - in the web.config file (ask your technical installation partner for assistance if needed):

      a) add the "<sectionGroup name="FeatureToggles">" section (if it's not already defined):

      Effect of enabling the pilot feature:

      The SuperOffie administrator may create new archive layout in the admin client, for:

      * Contact
      * Sale
      * Project

  • SuperOffice WebTools (for Windows and Mac) 🔃 🏢 ☁️
    • SuperOffice WebTools is a set of productivity tools for computers running both Windows OS and Mac. This includes document management integration against SuperOffice Web and CRM Online.

      The SuperOffice WebTools app is free of charge and covered under the current Terms of Service for your SuperOffice CRM installation.

      The latest version of SuperOffice WebTools that we are testing includes better support for predefined email templates, support for sending new, embedded invitations from SuperOffice CRM and various bugfixes and improvements (see Release Notes)

      Sign Up and Download

      To sign up as a Pilot Customer, your SuperOffice administrator simply adds your user or your user group to the "Join pilot program" in the preference section. This is done in the SuperOffice Settings and maintenance client;

      Open "Settings and maintenance", go to Preferences / Functions / Join pilot program for WebTools

      You may add users individually, by user group, or include all users. Click [Save] to add users to the list.

      SuperOffice Web will automatically detect new Pilot versions of WebTools and offer the user to update. WebTools can also be downloaded manually from the download menu inside SuperOffice.

      Who can join the pilot program?

      We are interested in hearing from customers who use:

      * Online or SuperOffice OnSite Web 8.5 R06 (or newer incl. 9.x and 10.x) 

      * Any browser supported by SuperOffice

      * Optional: Microsoft Outlook 2007 or newer

      * Optional: Lotus Notes 8 or newer

      * Mac: OS X 10.10 (Yosemite) or newer

      What's in it for you?

      By being a Pilot tester you will get a head start and early access to this version. With the new features comes an important update that will provide better and improved overall connection experience.
      This Pilot program will be valuable for customers eager to test versions before release, and to get the most up to date versions, as well for SuperOffice - to make sure this version gives the desired results on stability and performance. 

  • SuperOffice Mobile CRM 🔃 🏢 ☁️
    • Work just as effectively on your mobile device as you would if you were in the office. You can book meetings, update your sales pipeline, open and read documents, check the status of projects, follow up sales and manage your sales team – all from your mobile device.

      Mobile CRM provides real-time access to your CRM data through an intuitive and user-friendly app that you can use on both your smartphone and your tablet.

      This app should come with a warning because you can quickly become addicted to having things this easy. With SuperOffice Mobile CRM you are: always in-touch; always informed; always updated and always available.

      SuperOffice Mobile CRM is available for iOS and Android devices and covered under the current Terms of Service for your SuperOffice CRM installation.

      Sign Up

      The app is in Beta, meaning that it is still in the testing phase. You get the beta-version by opting-in. By clicking the opt-in link and start using the app during its Pilot period, you have by default accepted the Beta Agreement Terms.

      Who can join the Beta?

      We are interested in hearing from customers who use:

      * Any Online or SuperOffice OnSite 9.1 or newer (incl. 10.x)

      * Any device with minimum version:

      * Android ver 8.0 and newer

      * iOS ver 12 and newer

      By being a Beta tester you will get a head start and early access to new versions. This Pilot program will be particularly valuable for users to test new features of Mobeil CRM and for SuperOffice - to make sure this version gives the desired results on stability and performance. New features and functions, as well as bug fixes, comes on each release

    • Work effortlessly between your Office 365 email and SuperOffice CRM with this add-in.
