How do I activate SuperOffice Copilot or join other SuperOffice pilot programs?
Updated on 19 Feb 2025I've heard about pilot programs for new SuperOffice features, including SuperOffice Copilot. How can I, as an administrator, activate SuperOffice Copilot or other pilot programs for our SuperOffice CRM installation?
As an administrator, you can activate pilot programs through the Feature Labs in the Settings and Maintenance section of SuperOffice CRM.
To activate a pilot program, please follow the steps below:
Step 1. Access the Feature Labs
- In SuperOffice CRM, navigate to Main Menu and select Settings and Maintenance.
- Select the Licenses section.
- Click the Feature Labs button.

Step 2. Navigate to the Operational Center
- Clicking Feature Labs will redirect you to your Operational Center.
- In the Operational Center, click on Feature Labs.

Step 3. Activate the Pilot Program
- On the Feature Labs page in Operational Center, you will see a list of available pilot programs.
- Locate SuperOffice Copilot or another pilot program you wish to activate.
- Switch the appropriate button to activate the pilot program.

- After activating, you may need to flush your SuperOffice CRM browser cache for Copilot to appear in the side panel. To do this, add "?flush" to your SuperOffice URL. For example:
(Replace XXXX with your customer ID).https://online.superoffice.com/CustXXXX/default.aspx?flush
Note! SuperOffice Copilot is only available from the New UI version 10.5.X and later. It is not a function in version 10.3.X or earlier.
Activating a pilot program may introduce new features or changes that are still under development; therefore, be sure to understand the implications before activating. SuperOffice Copilot, in particular, may have specific requirements or considerations.
The Feature Labs will not be visible in the AI services tab in the administration interface, since this is a "Lab" function and not yet a standard product.
