How do I change the format of address fields in the new Company screen in SuperOffice CRM?
Updated on 6 Oct 2025When I am creating a new company, I can fill in the visiting and postal address for the company. Most of the companies that I create have only one address. How do I change the format of the address in the Company screen?

The format in which address fields appear in SuperOffice CRM depends on the country that has been selected while creating a new company. By default, the address fields will appear in accordance with your company's registered country.
To change the address format, please follow the steps below:
- Open the Settings and Maintenance.
- Click on Lists (1), select General - Country (2) from the selection list, and double-click on the country whose address format you want to change.

- In the Visual address format field, you can choose a specific format for the address fields that will be displayed in a new Company screen when the country is selected.
