How do I change our SuperOffice CRM serial number?

In order to change the serial number you need to do three steps:

Step 1. Request a new serial number

Step 2. Change it in your SuperOffice CRM

Step 3. Update licence information

 

Step 1. Request a new serial number

To get a new serial number you should contact your account manager in SuperOffice or your SuperOffice subsidiary via one of the email addresses provided below.

 

Step 2. Change the serial number in your SuperOffice CRM

After receiving confirmation that you were issued a new serial number you should update serial number in SuperOffice CRM. Please follow the steps below:

  1. Login to Settings & Maintenance.
     
  2. Click on  and Change serial number.


     
  3. In the dialog enter New serial number (1), which you received from SuperOffice and New licence owner (2) - company's name and click OK (3).

 

 

Step 3. Update licence information

If you use SuperOffice 8.x licence information is going to be updated automatically via the internet. 

If you use SuperOffice 7.x licence information needs to be updated manually. Read this FAQ how to do it. Check that you have the correct number of licences for the module(s) in question in the +/- column. An increase in the number of licences is shown in green. A decrease is shown in red. If you have the correct number of licences for the modules you require, click the Activate button.
