How do I include “Manage subscription” and “Unsubscribe from this type of mailing” links into my mailing message?

The GDPR requires you to give your recipients an option for unsubscribing from the e-mail communication or changing their subscription preferences. All the templates in the Online template library have Unsubscribe link at the bottom of the message.

Please follow the steps below to insert Manage Subscription or Unsubscribe links to your mailing message:

  1. Open your Mailing and navigate to the Content section and select the text (1) where you wish to insert the link and click on the link (2) button in the toolbar.

  2. In the new popup screen click on Special Links (1) and choose the link you want to insert. Then URL will get populated automatically you simply click Save (3).

    • Manage subscriptions: Inserts a link, which redirects to a page where the recipient can switch (1) which mailing types she wants to receive or entirely unsubscribe (2). The changes that recipient makes in the page are immediately visible on the Interests tab in the Contact dialog in SuperOffice CRM.

Note! Text "Privacy statement" can be changed in Settings and MaintenancePrivacy section in a purpose editing screen.

    • Unsubscribe from this type of mailing: Inserts a link that leads to the landing page where the recipient can unsubscribe by clicking on the Confirm button. Then system will remove subscription preference of this particular subscription on the Interests tab in the Contact dialog in SuperOffice CRM. The recipient will still receive mailings of other types.

      Note!

      1. If your Mailing has a type Any the link will not unsubscribe your recipient from any subscription type, in short - it won't affect.

      2. If you want Manage subscription or Unsubscribe pages to open in your language include ¨&customerLang=¨ variable at the end of URL and after “=” include the language code. These are all available languages: Norwegian – NO, English – EN, German – DE, Swedish – SE, Danish – DK, Dutch – NL, French – FR, Spanish – ES, Italian – IT, Czech – CS, Finnish – FI, Polish – PL.
