To start a remote support session you should receive an email with the remote support session link from one of the SuperOffice support consultants. After you receive an invitation to the session you can simply follow these few steps:
- Click on the Remote session link you received. It should look like the example: https://get.teamviewer.com/xxxxxxxxxx
- You will get a screen with the two options. Please click on the option Download single-user Teamviewer.

- The TeamViewer application should get downloaded to your computer automatically.

- Click on the downloaded TeamViewer application and Accept the disclaimer to start a remote session.

Note!
1. The application or the disclaimer can be behind your browser widow. Minimize the browser windows to be able to click on it.
2. The TeamViewer application might not be visible in the bottom bar of the browser as in the screenshot above. It depends on the internet browser and operating system you use.
If you use Mozilla Firefox click on a Download arrow (1) and click the folder icon (2) to open downloaded TeamViewer application in the Download location.

If you use Mac operating system, open Finder and navigate to Downloads folder, find and open a TeamViewer app there.

3. If after starting a remote session you see only web page to Join session, most probably the Teamviewer application hasn't been started.

In this case:
- Make sure that Teamviewer application has been started as described in the instructions above.
- Make sure that another TeamViewer application (instance) is closed. Follow the steps below to close it:
On Windows operating system, right-click on a toolbar, open a Task Manager, find Teamviewer application, select it and click on End task.

On Mac operating system, right-click on Teamviewer icon (1), Exit TeamViewer (2) and OK (3).


4. If you click on Close button, remote session will be closed and you have to start the process again from the beginning.
