What to do when newly created "Sale Stage" is not visible in SuperOffice CRM?
Updated on 30 Nov 2021I have created a new list item for Sale - Stage but it is not visible in SuperOffice CRM when I create a new project. Why does it happen and how can I get it visible?
To create a new Sales Stage you need to create a new item in Sale Stages in Settings and Maintenance and also link it to Sale Type. To learn how to do it follow the steps below:
- Log in to Settings and Maintenance.
- Click on Lists (1), select Sale - Stage (2) from the selection list, and click on +Add (3).

- Fill in the Sale Stage (1) name and Probability (2) of the sale to be closed if it reaches this stage, Description (3), and click Save (4) to finish.

- Then select Sale-Type, Stages, Quote (1) from the selection list, and double click on the Sale Type (2) to which you want to assign the sale stage that you created.

- In the tab Stages (1) select the new Stage (2) you created and click Save (3). This will make a new stage visible under this sales type in SuperOffice CRM.
