Why do I need to allow pop-ups again after SuperOffice moves to app.superoffice.com?

Updated on 2 Jun 2026

As part of the upcoming updates to the SuperOffice cloud platform, your SuperOffice environment is moving to a new application domain: app.superoffice.com.

SuperOffice itself is the same — but your browser treats the new address as a fresh site. Because of this, a few permissions that were previously granted to onlinex.superoffice.com need a quick one-time re-approval on the new domain.

Why does my browser ask me to allow pop-ups again?

The most common permission you will notice is the pop-up permission, which is used when you create a document in SuperOffice CRM. Since app.superoffice.com is a new address from your browser's point of view, it does not yet know that you trust pop-ups from this site.

 To re-approve it:

  1. Log in as usual at online.superoffice.com. You will be redirected to app.superoffice.com.

  1. Create a document in SuperOffice CRM as you normally would.

  1. When your browser asks whether to allow pop-ups from app.superoffice.com, click Allow.

  1. Your browser will remember the choice from then on — this is a one-time step.

Note! Your login, credentials, and permissions inside SuperOffice have not changed. This re-approval is handled entirely by your browser and only needs to be done once per browser and device.
